  I visited the location and was extremely impressed by how professional and helpful the staff was. I had brakes and struts replaced at the store. My car rides so nice now.
  
  I was very happy with the price, plus I got 6 months no interest.

  I went there early on a Sunday morning in a rush to get my stem valve replaced on tire I already took off the car. Not the whole tire just the valve. And the nice staff there were happy to help me out and didn't charge me a dime.

  I went in for a simple oil change & tire rotation and they told me they were booked 2 hours solid at noon. i said thats fine i will wait and asked if my car would be done by 5 pm if they started at 2 they said yes. i didnt receive a call or an update so I went in and it was still where I had left it in the parking lotso I made an appointment for the next day at 11 am. STILL didn't get my car back until 3 pm and they didn't even rotate my tires! Very nice people. but very slow and bad at communication. The lack of punctuality of NTB upset me and I will never be back

  I went in because i found a nail in my tire and needed regular maintenance. Had no idea i had two bad tires until the gentleman took me in the garage and showed me what he was talking about. Wait time could have been shorter but ill be back! This is the second ntb ive dealt with in a different state but theyre always helpful!
