In general, time warner no bueno. Deceitful and unreliable
Time warner cable is now spectrum?....New company same bs! This company still sucks and the service is still trash! But anyone with them knows this, so nothing's new. A new fresh coat of paint? a new start? That's like trying to spray febreze on a dog turd...Its still a turd! Over priced service, no value. Internet that's garbage during peek hours?!....In 2 years i had to call them over 40 times....if you can, stay away From this company..If you cant?..Well I feel sorry for you.
paybill and bad coustomer services with bad respond to the cousion
Ineffective, only one of two store locations in the area to return equipment, pay a bill, etc. Stood outside the door for 30 minutes before store opened to be the second person in line. Also it seemed understaffed.
Absolutely terrible. Picture and sound would freeze up, then jump. The program guide didn't work for 3 days in a row. The In Demand didn't work on most days. So, after only 2 months, I gave it up. Then when I called to cancel my services, the CSR kept trying to sell me different packages. Look, I want to cancel, not buy other services. I don't want this crap anymore. They suck. I wish that I could give zero stars, because they sure don't deserve any.
