Sima is amazing and their staff is top notch! My husband and I frequent here with our autistic son and the ladies are so amazing with him. The service is fast, yet delicious, and you truly are treated like family here! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Was visiting from Toronto Canada recently & I must say,this is the best sushi I've ever had!
We had 5 different rolls and the miso soup. We ordered to go. Everything was so fresh! It was worth the wait.

Best small family Korean/Japanese cuisine in the area. Our families (3 in all) put this restaurant in our top eateries in Dayton. Miss Kim is the best.

We came here for a birthday, which was three of us, and enjoyed our visit. The prices here are expensive, but the quality of the food was good, and we enjoyed it quite a bit.

There IS a Korean BBQ grill here, which we will try next time. I think the menus could really benefit from some photos though, as the food that came out was a little different than what we had expected compared to other Korean restaurants.

The sushi is so amazing. Real fish in their Sushi not that mushy stuff most places try to use. Wait staff is really nice however EXTREMELY understaffed. I only get only one refill (if that) in one sitting because the wait staff don’t have the numbers they need especially in times of a rush. Owners interact with customers. I’m a regular customer though.

My Husband and I chose to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary at Sima! We always love the food with it's beautiful presentation, fresh ingredients and wonderful flavor. Sima always has exceptional service and the owner is delightful! She made use feel special by giving us a special treat of her own creation! Thank you Sima❣️

The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and delicious, the restaurant is very clean, and there's plenty to choose on the menu. There's an awesome sushi and Korean lunch buffet on weekdays and a sushi special on Wednesday evenings.

Been eating here for years. Excellent Sushi. Wonderful family owned and operated place. Treat you like friends over for dinner. Supporting local business is important, but this place makes it easy. Great food, excellent service!

The waiter was EXCELLENT. He was very polite, prompt, and nice. He was the best waiter we've seen.

The owner/chef was very rude and unprofessional. The soup tasted like ramen noodles.

All you can eat sushi lunch for $17 was a deal I couldn't pass up. Not amazing selection in the buffet but they had other options on the menu if you wanted to order by the roll. Definitely would come back to try more.

Experienced Sima just by happen chance, stopped in the following week, then once more and again last week. Every visit we have had a warm and inviting experience, the wait staff has always made me feel at home, the food is always top of the line with the customer service.
Every chance I can, I make a trip out there to the amazing people at Sima. Beautiful location inside, convienantly located on Woodman. Definitely a place I highly recommend for others to try.

The lunch buffet offers a great variety of both sushi and hot dishes, as well as salad and Korean side dishes. The owner makes fresh kimchi which I love. Wait staff is super friendly and service is always great. Never been disappointed. Wednesday is 1/2 price sushi night and can be crowded, but worth the wait. Also the menu items are fantastic in taste. Love It!

LOVE LOVE LOVE SIMA!!! My friends and I go about as often as possible. We enjoy the half priced sushi on Wednesdays and really appreciate the fact that the staff is super accommodating of our friend who has an allergy to corn. We try to go once a month, but I know that I've gone three weeks in a row once! Highly recommend to everyone!

Great Sushi! I usually don't rate restaurants, but after reading the 1 & 2 star comments, I felt an obligation to rate & review. The service is great- my husband and I have always received good service each time we visit. The chef does a great job preparing the sushi. If you pass this place up because some people rated it poorly, you will miss out on some great food!
