It was really quiet when we went on a weekday towards the end of the season, but the staff said it was busier earlier in the season and on weekends. There were 6 species to choose from, with pre-cut or cut your own options. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was a nice little shop with other kinds of Christmas decorations, along with complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. Prices seemed comparable with other options. We definitely plan on coming back next year.

So annoyed got our Xmas tree the Sunday after Thanksgiving and it’s already deadWe cut it ourselves so it was fresh and spent $45 grrr will not be returning to Timbuck farms in Granville Ohio and dont want to go pay for another tree at this point but want it for my baby girls first year 🤬 so disappointed

This is our 40th year coming here. Only disappointment was the huge rise in cost per treewe bring the Whole familybut only about 2 or 3 fields to choose from. Fun times though always.

Horrible and weird experience today at Timbuk. When I arrived into the building, no one was there. I stood and waited for a minute, when I heard some rustling nearby, and said hello, and a dark haired (30 ish) woman said yes? Like I was bothering her. So I told her I was there to get a tree, and she instructed me to look at the tree's out front for tree types and prices. I told her I had been coming to Timbuk
for several years, and was interested in a "Charlie Brown" tree. She sighed and said, she didn't think they had any of those left. I told her I had called Timbuk on Monday (12/5) and spoke to an older women, who had confirmed they still had "Charlie Brown" tree's available, and confirmed they priced between 6-19 bux. I had also seen this on the company website.
Dark haired girl in store called bus driver and said I wanted a "Charlie Brown" tree. I went out to the bus, and the guy was very rude and abrupt, and extremely unfriendly. And when I asked him about the advertised "Charlie Brown" trees, he skirted around the question, even asking me what my idea of a "Charlie Brown" tree was? He was rude about it. I keep asking him where the "Charlie Brown" trees were, and he said "we were really busy over the weekend" and he didn't know where they would be???? This evasive conversation went on until he dropped me off at second Canaan fir field, and he seemed to be frustrated and even got snippy with me about it. He said "I don't know what your idea of a "Charlie Brown" tree was? I said, that Timbuk had always offered "Charlie Brown" trees marked with an orange tag. He responded that all the trees in the fields had prices on them. I even asked how much a tree was that did not have a tag on it. He thought maybe they were 10 bux a foot, but depended on shape too. Very confusing, He said they had cut trees for 15 bux, but they were only four ft. I even asked at one point if I was at Timbuk, since he was so evasive about these advertised "Charlie Btown" trees. It was frustrating? And insulting, and rude, and confusing.
And then add insult, he dropped me off at one field, and never came back to pick me up. I walked the long way back, and left.
I was do disappointed today in my experience with Timbuk. It's like it's under different management. 10 years of great experiences and great memories of cutting my Christmas tree at Timbuk, was ruined today by a very bad experience. Very bad.response / report this review -

When they say online that you're driving to the middle of nowhere they're not kidding. My fiancee and I decided to go on a Wednesday in hopes to deal with less people. We decided to purchase a Canaan fir and enjoyed our time out in the first field. The bus driver was very friendly. The most expensive tree we saw in that field was about 79.99$ and it was about 7-8 feet. After we went and purchased our tree we were offered free cookies and hot chocolate. We had a lot of fun and we will definitely be returning.

Very nice staff, knowledgeable about their products. They have a huge selection of different jind of plants not found at Lowe's, Home Depit and Straders. We will be back.

Been going to Timbuk Farms for nearly 10 yrs, but this year was very very disappointing. Very few of the trees were tagged which means you pay by the foot - very expensive! Bus loads of people were returning without a tree, like we did. The least expensive white pine was $50 and did not look good. Not sure if the ownership changed, but something certainly did. Unfortunately, we will have to find a new Xmas tradition. We got a very nice tree in the parking lot by Aldi.

The facility and fields are nice and well organized, the trees themselves are way overpriced. I was looking for a tree between 6-7 feet and the cheapest I could find there that wasn't half dead was $80. Most of the taller trees were closer to $100+, which is ridiculous. Ended up going to a different farm about 10 minutes from Timbuk and cut down a great 7 footer for $55. Would not recommend this place.

Had a terrible experience at Mr Tree in Columbus- they plant trees mixed together so you dont know what you are cutting down. Found out about this place and it has become our family tradition. Because of their great reputation, they can get pretty busy- so try and go early in the day. Merry Christmas!
