Very friendly place by being welcomed by many employees upon entry. Food was delicious for we had Italian sub, waffle sweet potato fries and quesadillas. Only negative was the small amount of alcohol in the drinks. Atmosphere is heightened by an old bar.

Half of our order was missing and when I called to speak with management they not only interrupted me mid sentence, but also argued saying they sent the whole thing and want picture proof.(how the are we supposed prove with pictures that half our order is missing, by the way?)
What the heck happened to the customer is always right? Spending 5 minutes on $3.00 worth of food would've made for a happy customerI've NEVER had ANY type of business blatantly argue with me and straight up say I'm lying.
Edit: Come to find out, it was the driver's mistake and I STILL won't be back after this treatment. Customer service goes a really long way.response / report this review -

We visited last night after our softball game, and this place had a great atmosphere. They gave us two free pitchers to split between us and it was .75 cent wing night. Our waitress, Holly, was very nice and the wings were delicious. My only regret was not ordering more wings :)

Good food and atmosphere but we had two servers walk past our table multiple times and after 15 minutes we had to get up and find someone to serve us.

Horrible, I am not sure why people continue to visit this establishment. Less than. 8 people in the whole bar. The bartender and manager spoke no more than three words to us or the other patrons. We waited 40 mins for food, that was overcooked, the chicken philly was so dry that we choked on it. Ordered a medium rare burger, to receive an extra well done burger. We were never offered refills on our drinks. Visited the restroom, that was a huge mistake. the lights kept going out, nothing like being in some nasty bathroom in the freaking dark. When leaving no one even bothered to to look our way. Clearly our business wasn't wanted or welcomed here.
