I have missed Tigas ever since I moved to Texas in 2018. Was in town on business and had to stop in. Best pizza in the area. Ingredients are way above other pizzerias. Gino really cares about the food he prepares.

One of the best Margarita pizzas we have ever had! We travel for work and have had pizza all over the US and Europe. When you taste just the crust you can tell that Gino is using a higher quality flour than others. The mozzarella is tender and sweet! The fresh tomatoes add the right balance of acidity and sweetness, then top it off with fresh basil and it is outstanding! The perception of the best is different for everyone, yet if you value quality and the taste of real ingredients, then this is the pizza for you! We will drive 30 minutes to enjoy this. Bruno

Just tried the most AMAZING pizza from Tigas Artisan Pizza in Medford. I had the antipasto pizza and the roasted chicken, potato, onion & rosemary pizza. Both were incredibly tasty and unlike any other pizza I’ve ever had. So so so yummy! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Staff was super friendly and pizza was amazing, appetizers were very good too. Staff took good care of us. Everything tasted fresh and they have lots of great options on the menu. Definitely coming back, it was delicious. They even have a cauliflower crust option. Everything was so good!

Order a buffalo chicken cheese steak from these guys.

The good:
The bread is great as it seems like they bake it themselves. They also use chunks of chicken rather than the finely shredded stuff which is fantastic. The chicken is moist (generally). The buffalo sauce flavor is good but perhaps a bit underpowered.

The bad:
There is not enough buffalo sauce on the sandwich, they use American cheese instead of blue cheese and when I requested them to use blue cheese instead they just put it in a cup instead of on the sandwich (which still had American cheese on it). Some of the chicken chunks were a bit overcooked. The fries were unsalted and soft rather than crispy.

Overall, I think they have a lot of potential to be my favorite chicken cheese steak in the area but drop the ball on too many things to keep me coming back.
