This was our favorite place in German Village when we lived there, and we still go back from time to time. Good food. Good staff. Very chill

Great food and atmosphere! Prices are excellent for lunch. Because it's very popular (and therefore usually full at lunch) it's likely not a good place for a lunch meeting but great for a social meetup.

One of my favorite spots in town. Always a good meal and great service. Seasonal specials are always a.delight. Try the turtle soup. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful place for a low key dinner date. Excellent prices for quality food. Highly recommend the French Dip sandwich, B.E.L.T sandwich and for appetizer the Fried mac and cheese balls. Loved the old time feel to the restaurant, and the staff are very friendly. This place comes highly recommended.

What a great place. I have haunted this place since 1996 and never ever had a bad meal or bad service. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and tasty. If you're struggling to find a place to eat one night check out the Old Mohawk. You won't regret it.

Had the potential to be amazing but wasn't. The food was good but my service was poor. I wanted to order a glass of wine and was never given the opportunity.

Gave this place a try with my wife onetime when a nearby German place was full. We love the Old Mohawk and have found somewhere else to go when we want German food. Although it is a bar, they are kid friendly.

Friendly service, tasty selection, and doesn't break the bank. I ALWAYS get the mother mohawk sandwich after the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer. The sandwich is always awesome, the ingredients for the dip though seem to vary. Today, 3/5, last time 5/5 once, they added tomatoes, 1/5. But, I love this place. Great for dinner with friends, family, or a significant other.

We're greater and served quickly. The food was good and portions large, even for lunch! I had the half and half combo with salad and a sandwich (Nature and Turkey Reuben) while my husband had the French Dip. Both were quickly served to our table and delcious!

Ordered two of the Steak special. Both steaks were all gristle. Green beans from a can with a hint of burnt-ness. Mashed potatoes were about 4 days old. Thought it was wet drywall. Nice interior and feel. Okay beer selection and wines. Service was great. Shannon.Turtle soup was old as well. Probably go else where for in the future.Sharon.

The food at the Mohawk is amazing, the bartender P.J. Gave me some great recommendations and he was very friendly. I was visiting from out of town alone and he took the time to make me feel very welcomed. He even introduced me to some guys who were part of the ownership and the other employee working we all had a great chat. My experience here was extremely welcoming and positive. I highly recommend this spot!

    Reputation is strong.

I find that as many times as I've been there the food quality is drastically going down hill. It's so close that I'd go often but I've given up on it.

Zero taste.costs are WAY too high for food based on the quality, presentation and creativity.

Staff, not bad but definitely professional-style.

Environment adequate for a uniquely reverent old establishment.

Is not recommend it.I'd definitely advise th be cautious.

Neat venue. Rustic and dark. Great food from lunch to dinner and a large draft selection. Good place for hanging out and drinking or having a nice meal. Located near German Village, parking was street and a little less available then I'd like but not the worst.

Fantastic food! Loved the eggplant sub, would order again, and the bacon mushroom Swiss burger was thick and flavorful according to my partner. The music was a tad loud but the food and service was great. Vegetarian fyi: the fries are coated in chicken fat. The waitress kindly told me this and I was able to swap to steamed vegetables. Loved the turtle Tiffany glass shade over the bar.

Variety of beers on tap. Very pleasant service and overall good atmosphere. I had the Belly Buster and demolished it. Food was delicious and we will definitely be making it back soon.
