The selection is pretty good. They have a wide array of books and other entertaining essentials. I took family and everyone seemed to find what they needed.

Just a nice place to relax, get homework some homework done, and read a good book. I suggest that you go to the area without kids books because sometimes it gets really loud and the librarians don’t tell the kids to be quiet.

Everyone talks about the customer service.
There are so many books, and the computer system/catalog is really good.
The only library bigger that this that I've ever seen is the Library of Congress.
Also, please don't judge the library on your first visit, and if it's your first time going, please try to get there at least one hour before they close.

Visited for home battery recycling. Not many places to safely dispose of them.

Awesome library, been going to this place since my kids were toddlers. They have fun story times, puppet shows, reading time, a really big fish tank, and plenty of books. This place has a great seating arrangement and good WiFi connection as well. A good place for entire family. The adjacent park has a small trial and plenty of open space for playing.

Very helpful staff and a very well appointed library. This should be a role model for community-based services. Thank you for the city of Thousand Oaks for providing us this excellent resource

I have been to many Libraries in my life but none compares to the wonderful Grant R. Brimhall Library in Thousand Oaks. Every time I go there (1 to 2 times per week), it is always a great pleasure. The customer service is beyond the best. Extra cudos goes to the reference desk and check out personnel. They are amazing. Great service. Very professional. extremely knowledgeable. Very nice people. They treat me like a paying customer. They make an effort to always remember me and greet me as a great repeat customer. Also, the people who put books away, always put the books back correctly, making it easy to find what I need. The place is always clean, well staffed and organized, making it a pleasure to enter the facility. Finally, the Library provides so many extras which draws me there on a regular basis, including the ability to get books from other libraries that the TO does not have (and they make it easy).
Again, you guys are #1 in my book!!!
