HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thornhill GM Superstore is by far the best dealership to get a new or used vehicle. This is my one stop shop for all things automotive. I was treated with the upmost respect and given top dollar for my trade. You can bet that I won't shop anywhere else!

Took vehicle in explained exact issue, knew the exact issue. Wanted to see if it was covered under extended warranty. It wasn’t no big deal right. Well then I was told they hooked it up for diagnostic which didn’t need done because it wasn’t getting a code it was a specific issue point right to it, it’s a joke for crying out loud, well diagnostic is 80 bucks. Ripoff. Cost to fix issue at local muffler shop. 80 bucks the cost of fake diagnostic. Oh they were nice, cut that in half for only 40, cutting me a deal. Please just don’t buy the extended warranty and take vehicle to local grease monkey that will fix your car. And that diagnostic just run by autozone if you do have a code it’s free. Do not recommend going here, they say they can help you, can get you into a new car. They send those voulcher things in the mail saying you won this or that when it's all false advertiseing. I literally drove my car here as bad as it was to trade it in and I even told them my financial situation and they said I'm approved . Hour later can't help you, well soon as I have my car towed off your lot don't ever send me any more false advertisement or contact me again.

If I could put zero stars I would. I have heard a lot of people in the past speak negatively about this dealership and it definitely lived up to those rumors. Tried to buy a camper from this dealership (yes I know they are a car dealership) but they did not take any steps in assuring us that what they were selling was completely functioning. Before buying they stated that they would make sure nothing was wrong with the camper before we pulled it off the lot and they clearly did not because the air conditioner needed completely replaced. We bought it on a Friday evening and we could not find out any information for what parts were needed until Monday morning. Instead of giving us until Monday morning to gather all the information needed we had to return it by Sunday to get a refund. We even offered to pay half on the repairs on something they sold us before even knowing how much it was going to be. It was very poor customer service all around and they did not do anything to try and make it right. I hope someone reads this review before buying the camper so they do not get ripped off like we did. They sold it to us for $11,300 so don't let them try to sell it to you for way more. Because even if they get the air conditioner fixed the furnace will need replaced very soon too with other parts because the unit that is in there currently is not made anymore. So repairs will be thousands of dollars when it goes out. Please avoid this camper!

Went in on a phone call and spoke to Sherman Dowdy. Very knowledgeable and an hour later was in a new truck with agreeable terms. Thanks to Sherman, Lee, and Josh for making me feel like I am part of the process and family. My experience went so well I sent a friend over for his new car purchase as well and he got the same treatment.

Fixed part under extended warranty and got it done fast. Never called and bugged me about anything else. Got the job done and I got my vehicle back and I'm satisfied so far so good!

Was out of a vehicle, due to break down and no one could fix it, got in touch with a great guy, David Noe, and he helped me more than I could ever express. Turned out I had no credit so was very difficult to get a car..but this guy worked with me, called me everyday till he figured something out ..so not only did he get me back on the road, its a brand new car that I don't have to worry about what's gonna tear up next, such a relief.I definitely recommend going here they will help you they did me and went beyond anything I could have hoped for.thank you so much for everything and if your reading this give them a chance and have patience they will help

What a great experience. I told the sales folks what I was looking for, a couple of weeks later they called and said they had something I might be interested in. It was exactly what I wanted!!! No hassle, right car, right price!!!
