We have been here an hour. Our drinks are dry. The people next to us arrived half an hour later and are eating now. Our waitress can't handle a small table so she definitely shouldn't have a section to take care of. It's our last trip here.

Slow service, had a sirloin steak salad, the blue cheese dressing was watered down tasted nasty, salad was just lettuce very disappointed, also had the chili which had no taste. When I came in there was a group of people in the back and a couple that came in after me, the couple was served first and the group, all I ordered was steak salad and a bowl of chili to go and it took them thirty minutes to prepare it. Bad service and bad food. ONE STAR FOR THIS PLACE

My husband and I both got the ribeye and they both were very good. Our server was very nice. The only issue we had was the person who greeted us at the door. He went to seat us at a table and we asked if we could have a booth. There were several empty ones. He left us without a word to go back to his counter to fix the problem. Didn't say a word to us. He came back and put us in a booth. You could tell he was not happy. They should ask what your preference is before.

If no stars is an option I'm going with that. All three of the steaks were terrible. A little fat on a steak is good for cooking but when the steak is more fat than meat you have a problem. One was supposed to be medium and was completely brown and crusty. The medium raw was barely pink and fat overpowered the meat, plus was so tough and chewy you couldn't even it it and rare was more like md rare but also so fatty and chewy. Baked potato was hard and no amount of butter and sour cream could have made that any better. Service was so slow. Had to as someone if we could even get our drinks and she told us she would have to go get our waiter because we weren't in her section. Still waited 5-7 minutes before she came then took another 10 minutes to get them. I could go on but I think I said enough. Just writing this is making me had that night, their service, and the food even more.

Rolls and coffee we're hot, food was lukewarm. Steaks aren't as good as they used to be.

Service was fantastic. Food quality was poor. Very bland garlic potatoes, shrimp were over cooked and tasteless. Rolls were the only think that we enjoyed.

It was good but not anything that makes me WANT to go back. It will do,,,,has been exceptional before, it could be again with a concentrated effort.

The food was ok, the service was good but it was too expensive for the quality and quantity of food. Texas Road House is better food and you won't leave hungry for about the same price. I recommend saving your money and having a cook out at home.

Table felt sticky. Food was either overcooked or undercooked depending on dish. Steak was usually overcooked. Looks nice though. Good decor. And the appetizers weren't half bad.

Awesome atmosphere. The staff here is great and very personable. The food was done perfectly. The baby back ribs were done just right. And the Redneck Eggrolls were the bomb. Looking forward to the next stop here again.
