Current tenant As of June 29th I’ve have electrical issues. Fuse blew, maintenance and corporate have been notified. I lost all my food in freezer due to their lack of urgency to repair. I’ve been in my apartment for 4 days without working outlets. Maintenance don’t speak English and don’t try to communicate when they don’t fix the issues. I’m still waiting on maintenance to come fix my outlets I also put in another work order and no one has showed up yet.

Let me start off these are the worst apartments I had ever stay in . I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay in these apartments. I had to go two weeks with no hot waters they had to come fix the water heater about good three times . Then I had brown stuff on top of my ceiling closet that had came from the rain and it had left a smell in the closet. All they did was paint over that is crazy and sad!!!!! An I think this is what causing me to sneeze every night sometimes morning . Now the bugs Situation they roaches are so bad it’s nasty .. I keep my apartment clean I used all types of cleaning products in my house to keep the bugs out, but they still come in don’t get me started on the spiders.!!!!! They have trash all over the apartments complex nothing is clean over there it just nasty . I pay $595 damn near $600 for this mess. I can’t wait to move from over here !!!!! The office People don’t care about you at all period !!! All they want is your money and that’s it !!!! I been seeing a lot of people moving away from these apartments I don’t blame them I can’t wait till my lease is up so I can move somewhere that’s better.. I wish I can post the video of the closet ceiling I should’ve took a picture of it I’m not the only one is going through this some one please tell me where there is good apartments in Memphis
