Superior has been out to my home twice in the past year and every time it is a phenomenal experience. The first was to replace our garage door motor and today it was to replace our tension springs. We called first thing Monday morning and they were able to fit us in around lunch on the same day. I appreciate their timeliness, professionalism and cost. Would recommend Superior to my neighbors any day.

Randy and Russ (owners) at Superior Overhead Doors are great. Today they sent a crew of 2 to install a new door with an operator. Ryan (crew cheif) and Kyle (install tech) were more than professional and represented the co with integrity. Everything is done to my satisfaction and works properly. I want to thank them for respecting my property and treating me with the utmost respect and courtesy. Definitely recommend superior overhead doors for your residential or commercial install. I had some warranty work I needed done on my home that was built last Fall. I couldn’t get my garage door to close all the way. I called for service at 4:40 in the afternoon and explained my concerns about my house being left unsecured for the night. They had someone out within a few hours. I know it isn’t ideal for a business to run warranty calls after hours, so I appreciate the quick response and turn around time. The technician was very friendly, professional and quickly resolved the issue.

This is the second time I have used Overhead Door. They replaced broken panels on the door at my old house, and everything worked great afterward. I used them again this morning to fix my opener motor. The technician, Ryan, was fantastic. He arrived early, has a great personality, was very knowledgeable, and worked quickly. My door and opener are now working smoother and quieter than they did when we bought the house!
