The individual who was supposed to come by my home and look at it lied saying he was coming and never did. This was 45min prior to our scheduled meeting where he tried to tell me he was too busy to come by and if he could come on another day. (I have to be out of town the following week.) when I asked where he was (2 hours later) he said he stopped by and no one was home. My cameras show that he never showed. No one came to the door. Eli Tucker then proceeded with a text “ It's ok we'd need to be at $160,000 to buy your house. I would imagine
that's about what you owe on it so I don't think it could've worked for
you. Not trying to be rude” I have paid my home off ELI!.

We were called about selling our rental house. The man went to the house, looked at everything throughout the home, made an offer, my husband and I agreed with the offer, signed the offer paperwork and then got a call 2 days later saying they were not going to buy the house with NO explanation.
We certainly would not have disturbed our renters had we known that we would be getting a false offer.
