Not the dealer where I bought my car but was in Thomasville when the tire inflation light came on. Went to this dealer who immediately took the vehicle and inflated/checked all the tires. Waiting area was very comfortable but I was only there 17142101e 5 minutes. Service was superb.

I'm from Tallahassee and recently drove to Thomasville GA. to look for a truck. I stopped by Thomasville Toyota to check things out. A young man named Allen Nalls approached me. When I told him that I was looking for a Truck and gave him a price range, he led me to the truck I purchased. Allen was intelligent, respectful and honest but, above all, NOT PUSHY. I had a great experience at this dealership and I will definitely go back for future purchases. Allen and Paul B. are the best. Kudos to this dealership for having these two as employees.

Very very bad Toyota dealer. This is the worst Toyota dealership I have been into. Scheduled an appointment for 4 o'clock to oil change. Had to wait upto 6 o'clock for the job done. The guy who took care of it didn't seem to be nonchalant off the delay. Just a robotic answer saying sorry. Never ever visit this dealership. Will go to Tallahassee one which is way way better.

After buying two vehicles from Thomasville Toyota (and referring a relative) we decided to visit the dealership to trade in our SUV for a truck. We were greeted and seated upon arrival and told that the salesperson would be with us shortly. We waited 30 minutes and nothing. We took the hint and left. Taking our business elsewhere.

The customer service is great! The service reps Amanda and Clay answer all my questions with easy-to-understand language, the loyalty coupons always come in handy and the drop off/pick up service provided never let me miss time from work during maintenance of my Camry.

I just purchase a new vehicle from Thomasville Toyota and it was the best experience I've ever had. Kirby Horton was my salesman and he was absolutely awesome. Made the whole experience very enjoyable. I've bought several vehicles and in my opinion the salesman determines if it is going to go good or not. I have bought vehicles before with terrible salesman and it's not fun. As far as the financial dept goes it was very quick and enjoyable. It was the quickest I have ever gotten in and out of a dealership.
It you are looking for a Toyota or even a used vehicle I would certainly recommend stopping by Thomasville Toyota and talking to Kirby Horton before making any decisions.
