I drive an older Volvo, both my headlights were not working. I took my vehicle to a couple places who either couldn’t seem to figure out the problem, or quoted me 700$ plus to fix them. I took my car to these guys, they had my headlights fixed in just one day for a third of the cost of other places. Very friendly, and awesome staff. I will not go anywhere else for my car needs from now on.

This is and always has been the best foreign and exotic automotive repair shop in South Georgia. If you need to go to an authorized dealer for your brand, the folks at this shop will tell you up front.

I took my car to Pete's Auto to get the radiator fixed, they said it would take them a week, 2 weeks later I go to Pete's to get my car & they haven't even started on my car yet, the next day they called & said my car was ready so I went & got it. Got in my car & my radio wouldn't work & my window wouldn't let down. I will never let them work on my vehicle again. High cost & rude staff.

I've been going to Pete's since 2009. They ALWAYS get my air-cooled Porsche fixed right the first time and try to get me out the door as fast and as affordable as possible. You can't ask for a more friendly or trustworthy shop. That's why I drive from Thomasville (one-hour away) to give this team my business!

Pete's Otto in Valdosta, GA., is the BEST car repair facility on earth!! I am a 70 year old woman who was stranded in Valdosta, en route from Sarasota, FL, trying to get home to London, Ontario. I mistakenly put unleaded regular gas into my Mercedes ML350 Bluetec 4 wheel drive on the Saturday night before MOTHERS DAY Sunday.
Mercedes Road Side Assistance wanted to TOW the car to the nearest dealership (TALLAHASSEE?!?!) I wonder what that might have cost me, in dollars and in time. . . .
Sears Auto would not do the work.
Firestone would not do the work, but recommended Pete's Otto.
Pete's Otto put me into their busy morning schedule, made the necessary repairs, and had me back on the road by 10:30AM Monday.
Pete's Otto charge me less than $200.

This place has the nicest owner. My 2 girls (age 18) car broke down 4 hours away from me and we had it towed to Pete's. He fixed the car and let the girls stay there while the car was worked on. I was so worried about them but I could do nothing because I was in a hospital in Tampa. I felt very comforted when I talked with them and knew they were in good hands. This is great service place and the workers are phenomenal !!
