I always order Made To Order dinners, they are always fresh. People are always smiling and friendly. This is the ONLY one I come to. I'll drive across town to come to Lithonia to this location. Love This Is It!

I am really disappointed I came here 2 weeks ago with my mother for the 1st time and the customer service was good. The waiter was very attentive and the food was good especially their mac n cheese. I decided to return yesterday with my son and the workers behind the counter were friendly but, our waitress Mia not so much! She literally gave us our drinks after we sat and that was it. My food was ready in the window and she actually stood there talking to her friend while I waited. I had to ask her for my food and the service went down hill from there. No condimemts, no refills, no napkins, etc. I found myself getting up several times to retrieve these things. Never once did she smile. I guess she was too busy walking around like she had better places to be and on her phone. The food was not tasty this time around and my mac n cheese was so runny I asked for 2 different sides which were equally disgusting! It is important to be consistent when serving food which is what brings consumers back. Unfortunately I will not be back and I can say that was a waste of my 35 dollars ever spent! As for Mia the waitress she needs to be put to work in the back because she is definitely good at not being seen and she can avoid dealing with customers!

This place is awesome. The best it is homemade Mac-n-cheese. The peach cobbler was out of this world good with plenty of nutmeg yum. Tender BBQ chicken. Will come back here again when coming through Atlanta.

I want so bad to give them 5 stars but they're gonna have to keep the General Manager in the office. He sweats too much & should NOT be serving. He's a very nice, handsome, professional & pleasant person but I can not allow him to fix my food. It's unsanitary. No one wants sweat dripping in their food. I am extremely picky when it comes to eating restaurant food. I will only eat This is it, Mr. Everything or Chilis in Conyers. Other then those 3 places I eat home cooked meals. Whoever is in charge please refrain from having extreme sweaters to serve. That's not right. I don't understand how the other patrons accepted that. I'm not going to take in anyone else's sweat. Lord no. Please fix this issue!

I recently went to this location on 7/16/2016 at 8:35 PM. I must say first the location looks nice and since I came down from Arkansas to visit a friend, I asked my friend about a location that could host my company function of 100 people. My friend stated this establishment so I obliged him and went. Well, here comes the bad part. First, the entire staff from the order taker to the cashier were rolling eyes, walking off from people, and catching too much attitude. I had order number 328, in which I ordered Spicy Rib, Mild Rib, and a 2PC Catfish dinner for my daughter.
Needless to say the order never made it to our table after waiting 20 minutes. I had to get up and ask the hold up, the waiter came back with an answer of they are still working the 2PC fish dinner. I told her to charge me for my mothers food and the drinks but refund my credit card but they could never get that correct. I paid $84.62 for my order and since the refund amount could never get right, I had to ask for the manager. The manager came out with an excuse of six people walked off the job and never really cared about the 3 P's of their Piss Poor Performance. That staff is too comfortable in being lack luster and this is solely a product of Ownership and Management. He would have never thought what I was down there for and as for anyone attempting to attend this establishment should go elsewhere! I am dead serious GO ELSEWHERE!!!! After we ordered my order ticket was just sitting there , after 25 mins my husband said was our order ready. And didnt pay attention to our ticket just string up on the roller. So we waited about 10-15 more for our order to be complete. I apologize but after we received the food , The Mac and cheese was cold and didn't taste like fresh baked Mac and cheese. We spent a total of at least $27.00.

My husband and I have been here before and the service is usually top notch. The food is awesome as usual, but the service was horrible. We ordered something made to order and it took more than 45 mins to get our order. You would have thought that they had to go catch the catfish. I was very irritated and hungry. Next time I'll only get stuff that's already made. It"s just too much trouble for anything else.

I'm going to give them 2 stars because as I'm walking up the darker slim young lady rolls her eyes then the other short fair complexion young lady refuses to give eye contact. I am wanting to order 2 veggies but what I want isn't ready but she's looking down with disgust and says it will be 10 minutes. First impression is everything. When customers walk into a business they should feel welcomed. Unfortunately I did not feel welcomed. People have to realize facial expressions says a lot. If they don't like dealing with the public this isn't the place. I love the food but the ladies at the front have made me decide to never come back. I'll spend my money else where. The owners and/or the Managers should've asked them to leave work until they are ready to deal with the public. Like I said I won't be coming back & im definitely sharing my experience with my family, friends,l & associates.

Well. I saw where someone said. Don't go here if you're white. Well. I'm white and was treated so good. Got a lot and I do mean a lot for my money. Everyone was so polite.. food was hot and soooo good. I don't live close . But when I am around here again. Yes I will stop and eat there

Food was good and tasty. The server ws great she was attentive. My first time there. While the server was great the people service behind the bar could use a refresher course on customer service. Especially someone first time there and asking about the food. Something besides disinterested would be of help especially when you're not a child and show know better. The server could show them a tip or two. The food was good might eat there alone again not sure I'd take anyone with me.

Well I placed an order over the phone and spoke to Ms. Sharon. She was nice and patient. When I made it in, she wanted to thank me personally for coming in which was also very courteous and respectful!! The food didn't make it home. It was delicious, I ate it as soon as I got to the car. 😂😂

Unbelievable service and amazing food! Dinner for 2 they give you enough to feed 4. Prices are great for food and amounts you get! We will be back!
