Last time I was there for an event, it was so cold and the owners would not turn on the heat. They brought space heaters which would be used to heat a bathroom. It was ridiculous. I could not fully enjoy the event, it was so cold!

We recently had our wedding reception at This Is It. Cathy and Bill were wonderful in our preparations for the reception. When we initially met with them, we went over EVERY expenditure so we knew our final budget, and how to prepare for it.
For the day of decorating, the hall was already decorated on their end. To be honest, we didn't need to decorate much else because the place looked amazing! All of the guests said it was beautiful inside!
The owners are very flexible and are willing to accommodate most requests! I was very pleased with our reception, and I thank Cathy and Bill for making our day so special!

This is a cool place. They are always trying to do something better, improving overall. Sound system in main room is really nice. This is a good place to have your receptions. They treat you well, and are very friendly. 6 stars. :)

Only two people sitting at my table for my daughter's senior banquet and the person in charge acted like he couldn't see us. They won't be getting anymore of my money.

We had our class reunion at This Is It on October 22, 2016. Bill and Kathy did a wonderful job with decorations, food and atmosphere. It exceeded our expectations. They accommodated any requests we had. Definitely recommend.
