A huge selection of things I'd never expected to even look for The kind of place you can wander around for an hour just finding inspiration. Occasional issues with stock/missing pricing but overall a magical experience.

I came back to this store after finding it last year. The staff, once helpful and attentive, were no more. I was in the store for almost 30 minutes and was ignored the whole time. The only employees I could find were busy doing their makeup. When I asked for help, they told me "you will just have to wait till I'm done" With new staff like this, I will not be going back. I will be telling everyone I know to look for a different place. I suggest The Ritz

Debra and staff were incredibly generous about sponsoring my school for a project. They provided beautiful historical costumes that added so much to the students' performances. I was amazed by the multitude of costumes and accessories on site, as well as by the helpfulness of each person I worked with.

I went in looking for something to wear to the 40s winter ball. I had not idea what I was looking for. Luckily, Jeremy asked if i needed help and guided me to find the perfect outfit for the night. And lucky that he did, because my fiance proposed that very night! Thank you to Jeremy and Theatrical Costumes for making the night perfect!

It was my first time coming in the store and I was blown away! The selection was great and the employees were friendly and helpful. It was busy and a little hectic, but that is expected for Halloween I am sure. I had to wait a little while to be helped and to be check out at the end. Overall, it was worth it because I found the PERFECT costume for my party. Thank you to the whole store!!

Called to ask if the store had spirit gum. Was told that the store was understaffed and that the person on the line (Paul?) wouldn't look. I was told to come in to look for myself to see if there was any left. I said "okay," and was about to ask if they would be open tomorrow, but Paul(?) hung up on me.
I have no idea if the store is really that good of a store - I don't really feel inclined to go look in person if the people answering the phone are that unhelpful or rude. I'll probably just go look somewhere else for the spirit gum and costume makeup.

The store had great costumes and products but the staff was not helpful at all and they were very aggressive. Including the owner who was super rude and didn’t allow anyone to look in peace. It was frustrating because she kept following us around everywhere.

Decent selection, though a little confusing setup. Most of the employees are helpful, but been in a few times and been "helped" by an older female employee who comes across abrasive and confusing to the point where she makes me frustrated have to leave the store. I make a point to go to another employee as do other people I know. Sara and Molly are the ones I would recommend.

Unbelievable experience. This business blew me away with their level of customer service. I walked in and needed a last minute costume. They checked their inventory in-store and after realizing they didn't have what I was asking for in-store, they told me they would search through their storage at a different location. When they asked me when I needed the costume by I told them I needed it by tonight but I had to work until 8 PM, which is after they close. Not only did they search through their storage for my silly costume request, they also offered to deliver it to my place of work that same day. Unbelievably, later on that evening, in the middle of a rainstorm, they stuck to their word and delivered my costume at my place of work. I was completely blown away by their level of customer service and their willingness to go out of the way to fulfill my request. I highly recommend this costume store. The owners are incredible, interesting to talk to, their inventory is great, prices are fair, and they are more than happy to get you what you need when you need it. Thanks a bunch!!!

When I first saw this place open I was a little skeptical. I really love making costumes and have come to become weary of costumes shops as it tends to be third rate costumes or skimpy costumes for University girls to parade around it. The first time I went it I was mildly impressed. There were some pretty great masks and other accessories along with some costumes that I could care less about as I like to make my own. The next time I went back it I went with my roommates and friends. This time we had more time and discovered a back room. Rows of more masks, colored contacts, wigs and even some steampunk. As a cosplayer this was a great resource and we loved trying on all the masks and finding one for each of us. It was great fun. I would recommend it and make sure to check out the back room when you go.

One of my favorite stores in Boulder. One of kind. Style for all occasions. Unique and colorful. Staff has perhaps the perhaps the best customer service I have ever encountered. And its alot of fun!
