I visited the park while on vacation with my boyfriend. I have been wanting to go for years and it was on my "bucket list" to go. It delivered, 100%. I loved everything and had such an amazing time. We visited the park 5 days out of the 8 we were in Florida. The rides were so fun and the atmosphere was amazing. I also really enjoyed the Halloween Horror Nights. One of the best experiences of my life and one more thing I can check off my bucket list.

Good rides and atmosphere. Both kids and grown-ups enjoy it. However, Universal really gouges you with the prices. Outrageous prices of food as well as their store merchandise. They also could do better with crowd control and organization. It felt dangerous in the Harry Potter area when they had the light show. Just too many people with no clue why they couldn't keep walking, jammed into a tight space.

Excellent experience, spent 3 days here and 2 days at Disney with a 5 and 10 year old. The rides, simulators and the staff at Universal are easily much better than those at Disney. Stayed at a property within Universal so helped with the lines, guess that added to the experience. The Harry Potter world is awesome, the kids and myself loved both the rides / simulations, the talking pics in the castle are not to be missed. Found the Transformers ride and the Rip Ride rocket to be exciting as well. Will definitely go back to Universal if given an option between Disney and Universal.

Had a great time. Rides and entertainment were great. Only complaint would be that the food was outrageously priced for what we got. Ordered a chicken sandwich for my wife it was more like a chicken strip on a bun and was almost 10.00 or more. 3 piece chicken 14.00 and it was almost like they were from a Cornish hen it was so small and only dark meat. Two thighs and a leg that had less meat combined then a thigh from any other food establishment. Might as well had a 6 piece nugget cause that had more food. Bought 4 meals with 3 drinks and a water and spent $60. Better food at McDonald's

When I got here I went to the service desk to ask if they had accommodations for my young daughter that has special needs. They were absolutely amazing. They provided us with a private room to feed her as she is on a feeding tube. They also gave us a pass that allowed us to not have to wait in line and be able to get on rides. And even had waiting areas so that my wife and I could switch and be able to ride everything. My older daughter benefited from this as she was able to ride everything twice! A big thank you to Universal Studios for making out first trip together as a family a memorable one! We will definitely be back!

Had a lot of fun hear on a recent trip. Even though it's in Orlando it's not Disney. This isn't a negative, it's just different. While they might compete you get a totally different experience at each. This is a great place for families but I think you get more out of it with kids who are 7-8 years old at the youngest. There are things for younger kids but I felt that most of the rides were more thrill type rides that require kids to be older.

Great experience!! So many rides to choose from. There’s something for everyone- no matter what your age! Great customer service every where we went. Jen that works the Spider-Man ride is the best!!! She started our trip calming my 11 yr old and probably saved the entire trip by showing her how fun the ride would be- not scary.

It was a great experience! We were a large group, so were kind of skeptical about going to ask the rides, but with the front of the line pass, we were able to go on almost all the major attractions. I especially liked Diagon Alley. As a Harry Potter fan it was like a dream come true moment. The whole place was constructed to almost the exact same replica of the Alley from the movies. It was fun going around the magic shops and getting to buy some of the movie merchandise. You really do feel like you are in a different world.

Universal is Orlando's best theme park for the whole family. Disney is great for the kids, but not so enjoyable for adults. Universal had the best rollercoasters. The Harry Potter sections are fantastic, especially the train ride between the two parks. If you haven't been in a while, they have undergone massive changes and are continuing this revival. This has set off the other parks to begin their own investments. Universal is by far the best in Orlando. Visit here for the best experiences for the whole family.

Had a great time at the park. The early admission was really nice (however the Harry Potter ride was delayed about 30 minutes..boo). The line to get a wand gets long fast so hit that up first. We ate at the Three Broomsticks for lunch and even though the line was extremely long, we got our food rather quickly. They run things so efficiently.
Everyone we encountered was amazing..the service was top notch. The rides we're themed great. And do yourself a favor and GET THE FAST PASS!!!! It's completely worth it!response / report this review -

The parks really have gone "all in" for 3D augmented reality rides. They are always exciting but mostly focus on vertigo-inducing scenes like high cliffs, swooping around skyscrapers, flying around the moon, etc. Maybe it shows my age, but I always enjoy the Blues Brothers or Poseidon's Fury, with my feet planted firmly on the ground. My best snack tip is the enormous pink donut at Lard Lad's in Springfield for $5.

Great park. Wouldn't say as good as Disney, but the rides are amazing! The only issue with Universal is many of the staff are not enthusiastic and happy. This is a big difference than Disney as I find the staff can really change the mood in the environment. Another difference was the food. Not very impressed with the food choices. Typical park food nothing special and nothing themed (besides Harry Potter world). If they worked on those two things it could be neck and neck with Disney. But overall, it was great

Planned family vacation. The cost has jumped considerably since i was last in the park! Best options are to utilize some of the many deals and partnerships out there. Food prices are reasonable for a theme-park too. My chief complaint really was the day of ticket purchase, which was pretty steep. Otherwise a great visit. I highly suggest the refillable cups. Get them early! There are drink refill stations all over the place!! Great staff and would happily come back again!

We visited here about 15 years ago and enjoyed our time, but I was blown away this visit. In my opinion, this park equals Disney in cleanliness and atmosphere. Attention to detail in all areas of the park was almost overwhelming. I feel like we need another week to take it all in! Our first day we arrived as soon as the park opened thinking we'd get a jump on things, but turns out a lot of others had the same idea. We ended up realizing that the afternoons/evenings were better. On days 2 and 3 we never waited more than 20 minutes to ride and some rides had no wait at all! You can do this park pretty well in 3 days, but you can easily spend a week here.

Universal is the best place to go in Orlando in our opinion. Both parks are nice, clean and fun. We have been coming here for years. We were even at the 2002 original Halloween Horror Nights. It's not cheap but the deal on the park to park passes was good enough to do it again. Highly recommend. I was also happy to see beefed up security. Way to go Universal Studios. PS. Love the lard lad donuts.
