I've had 3 VERY Bad experiences here over the past 2 years. On 1 occasion the ATM malfunctioned during a $1000 deposit and it didn't credit my account correctly and I was missing $900 and it only applied $100. They opened the machine and found Thousands of dollars inside tangled up but they said "oh well the money recovered belonged to 12 other accounts non of which was yours" I had them review the camera footage and they said we saw you having difficulty with the machine for 20 mins trying to make that deposit but unfortunately we couldn't tell the denomination of the bills therefore we cannot credit your account so I had to eat the $900! On another Occasion a year later I reported my card stolen after hours on a Sunday morning. I was told nothing was charged and the card would be closed and I needed to call on Monday to order a new card. Well it turns out the card Was in fact used after I reported it at a Casino for $1200 and I filed a claim but they denied it saying that a signature was used on the receipt and they sent me a copy of it and it was not even close to my signature and I provided a copy of my driver's license to prove it. I also requested a copy of the many videos that were taken be sent to them and they Still Denied it! Finally I was double billed for a $165 car detail and I requested a charge back when I sent them a copy of the receipt and guess what They Denied it! Your bank is supposed to work on your behalf and your supposed to have protection by having a Visa card it's in the Visa contract but they do not honor anything. I also recently requested $36,000 in cash on Tuesday and when I went to pick it up on Friday they refused to give me my money because they said they needed the cash for other customers and they didn't know what happened to my cash order. I had to drive all over the county going to 8 different banks to get the cash I needed and it took another day. This Credit Union is absolutely HIDEOUS AND HORRIBLE. RUN AWAY FROM HERE!

I usually use the branch on McDowell in Goodyear, AZ. The staff is so friendly there, they are the reason I chose to bank with this bank. I prefer credit unions and so far so good, I'm pleased

Worst experience ever at any bank. The those other reviews above must be fake. I think the people there go out of their way to make sure people don't come back. The receptionist was talking to 2 other co-workers at the counter for 5 minutes before I even realized that they all worked there and when I made myself known they were reluctant to help me. The person I met with didn't look at any of the documents that they asked me to bring to my appointment. This was my 2nd visit.

The first time I visited the bank I stood in line for over 10 minutes while the tellers did something on their computers by themselves without assisting anybody. I finally gave up and went to the front desk and waited for the co-workers to stop talking to each other. One of them told me that nobody could help me and that I should go to another branch or come back next week.
