If I could give them any lower I would. They cancelled an appointment I made after having to wait three days because they were closed for two of them and booked for the other one. They cancelled on the day of stating the stylist had a medical emergency, but the Spa was closed for two days prior. Pathetic establishment that shouldn't even be allowed to exist at this resort. 👎🏽👎🏽

The service at the front desk was incredibly unfriendly. I was 10 minutes late to my 60 minute massage and was told they were bumping me down to a 30 minute service. I agreed to this because I understood I was late and assumed I'd be saving money. However, they still charged me for the 60 minute massage, saying this was their policy. So their policy is to make a guest sit around for 20 minutes to wait for their shortened service then charge them the full amount.
I take full responsibility for being late (new area since I was on vacation, hard time finding parking, and couldn't find the spa right away since a stage was being built directly in front of it for a concert), however, I don't see why I couldn't have received 50 minutes of my service that I paid for instead of sitting there for 20 minutes, seemingly as a "punishment" for being a little late. What was the masseuse doing for those 20 minutes I had to wait??
I felt very uncomfortable which is the last thing you should feel while at a spa where you are paying for a very expensive service. The only reason I am not giving a 1 star is because the masseuse was nice and the massage was good. The front staff is rude and the atmosphere is very stuck up.response / report this review -

A true five star experience. I had a 90 minute therapeutic massage with Cat and a Luxury pedicure with Shannon. Both were of the highest quality. Cat is just a spectacular human being - she is passionate about her job and truly wants to help people feel better. She knows the anatomy of the body and works with it to create tension release and muscle recovery. Shannon is super sweet and attentive to the tiny details. My toes have never looked prettier. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. I saw each of them buzzing about the spa throughout the day keeping it pristinely clean. The relaxation room is nice and chill (the free mimosas were an added bonus!). Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had an excellent massage with Cat! She is very gifted, and after 4 days of hard snowboarding, she really helped with the fatigue and soreness! The facility was lovely and relaxing. Excellent overall impression.Thank you!

Real stuck up snobbish overly expensive non accommodating can't say enough negative comments about the spa. They

Unable to schedule a spa appointment. No return phone call after leaving messages and no available appointments when call was finally received.
