Where to begin! I went with a few friends from out of town for dinner. We did have a reservation, so we were able to speed past the line waiting to go up to the bar. I asked the hostess if we could be seated on the south side of the building, as I believe it has some of the best views. We got a window seat, and our waiter, Jim was outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience as it was my first time visiting. While we were doing, Arman the restaurant manager, offered to take us up to the bat and give us a tour. After dinner, we went upstairs and were able to bypass a line of about 50 people waiting for tables, where Arman gave us our own table. I would definitely recommend going here for a special event or night on the town, and will be requesting Jim as my server every time I visit! The prices are steep, but the overall experience is definitely worth the price!

Very disappointing service. We had drinks and gave a 15% tip. The waitress came up to me and waved the bill in my face and said that she circled something for future use! I was shocked! Looked at the bill and it said " SUGGESTED TIP: 18% etc.." We were treated very disrespectfully for $2 that we lacked in the tip!!!! I was not happy to be treated this way so I took the bill and went up to her and told her not to treat their customers like that because of $2! It says SUGGESTED tip and customers tip if we are happy with the service, that waitress's service was not good, she was rude and constantly wanted to get rid of us so she got 15% and she treated us very bad! very disappointing and unprofessional!
Great view but not on balcony so better to go to a balcony setting elsewhere. Would not recommend this place

Great views with good drinks that are consistent between Moscow Mules & tequila cocktails. Attentive & easy-going table service by our waitress. The horrible part of the evening started at 11:30pm with general staff already starting to wrap up service. With a closing time of 12:30am, last call was at 12am, fair enough. At 12:05, the lights down & music stopped.. by then, the general staff was going around shuffling people out. At 12:10am, we forced out very verballing despite the fact that some of our party had taken their offer on last call and just got their drinks. At this point, we're led directly to the elevators, aren't able to use the bathrooms, & have one staff member wait with us until we get into the lift. Whole experience of spending over $150 that night with this really crappy end left us with a bad tast in our mouths. Won't bring out -of-town clients or friends here again.

I'm sure during the day, it's like any other of the views from the top skyscrapers, but at night is when the magic happens. The price of a drink rather than the price of a ticket, I'd say it's a great deal. (You are paying for the amazing view of the skyscrape) When you get out of the elevator, there's two lines: 1 for window seats, and the other for all other seats. Luckily, there are viewing areas (a little small) by the windows if you don't get a window seat. Most people are understanding if you're blocking the view to get a picture. Even the women's bathroom has full length windows (The waiter bragged about it so much that my friend had to take a look for me) she said it is amazing.so you can enjoy the view even from in there. THUMBS UP!

Absolutely love visiting the lounge (never been to the restaurant part). For the price of one drink you can have a prime view of the city. Night and day are both beautiful. It's definitely the perfect place for visitors who aren't into the "tourist" scene. It's hard to get a table right at the window, but you can always walk around and look. It's a bit on the pricey side, but you're paying for the unique view and the drink/service.

The food was great, but the experience is what you go for. The atmosphere is wonderful. It's very quiet, with the lull of softly speaking voices in the background. I proposed to my girlfriend on the beach right after we left here and she said yes, so I must have done something right! ;)

Very pleased with my visit. My desserts were delicious. Great panoramic view of Chicago. I was surprised that didn’t wait long for a table. Nice customer Service and ambience. It would be a frequent place to visit if I lived in Chicago.

(Review of the lounge not the restaurant) I can't recommend this place enough. It is the top of the Hancock Tower. It is an alternative to going to 360 Chicago. You'll probably spend about the same either way. The windows don't tilt out or anything, but the view can't be beat, plus there are no screaming kids as it is 21+. Drinks are between 10-20 and ok, nothing fancy. Seating is great, and the views are spectacular. The decor feels a little dated, but still good. The staff was wonderful. It is a one drink minimum. (They've got to pay the sky high rent somehow).

We had our wedding ceremony and reception dinner at the Signature room in Sept. 2017. From the beginning, everyone was super attentive to our needs and was willing to assist in any way possible. The budgeting and cost planning were straight forward, they didn't play that "well we wouldn't know exact cost until everything is done" game. We wanted to know exactly how much it would cost beforehand and the Signature Room exactly provided that. It was so easy to work with the event manager Gayle Preuss. She is the bomb!!! She answered all of our questions timely, thoroughly and to the point. The Signature Room event planner Gayle, the banquet Captain, and everyone else who assisted and served us on our wedding day were exceptional. I couldn't be happier to have selected the Signature Room and I will refer them to everyone. The name Signature Room might sound fancy and expensive but it was so comparable to other venues and other venues wouldn't give you that breathtaking view of Chicago. Go get your eats and party on at the Signature Room!

The view was spectacular, my old-fashioned was prepared to perfection, and my steak was quite tender. The only downside to my dining experience was that the sun was beaming in and it was so hot that I was sweating during our meal. Some curtains would've been ideal. Our server was one of the best I have ever encountered. Will return upon my next visit to this lovely city.

Visited here during a weekend get away. Great views of the lake and town; try to get a window seat just before sunset. The service was very good, quick and polite. Sure the price is a bit steep but this is certainly a fine choice for a romantic dinner in Chicago. Thanks to Ryan and crew for making it a great night! Be sure to get a reservation.

This experience was nothing shy of amazing! The food was excellent to say the least and the view was astonishing! To my surprise even at the last minute when we received our bill we were given a military discount that saved us half on our bill! I was at a loss for words. I asked for the manager so that I could thank him and he gave me his card and a gift card for our next visit on top of it! It meant so much to us especially since we as a married couple with 2 young children never get out of the house to go to a place like this! The staff was amazing and we will definitely be back the next chance we get!!! Thank you all for providing such a great experience. It was one that I'll never forget!

The experience was amazing, we were able to get a seat by the window facing south so we were able to see the Sears Tower, Navy Pier, and all of the lights throughout the city. Unfortunately Trump Tower was in view, but that's not really the restaurants fault.

The service was fantastic, our waiter and his helpers attended to us often, and were just overall very friendly.

The cocktails were good, if you have been to the Signature Lounge it's essentially the same thing.

The food wasn't out of this world, you could definitely get similar options for a bit less elsewhere, and you could certainly get better food for the same price. That said, it was still good food, just know you are going to be paying a premium for the experience and view.

The view is amazing, especially at night. Even the entire side wall of the restroom is glass panel, from ceiling to floor, so that you can enjoy the view (or get vertigo after a few cosmos). The drinks are delicious, although nothing specifically out of the ordinary. The lounge has a comfortable energy, though, of course, there is a limited amount of space and it is a fairly popular visiting spot. It's appropriately noisy, although not so much that you can't have a conversation among a group of individuals or one-on-one.
