  Bought a new sewing & embroidery machine last week! The Brother NS2750D. Great machine for sewing, havnt used the embroidery part yet. I replaced my 17 year old Pfaff 7570, with this new one. The staff is wonderful, the prices are great, the fabric selection is always wonderful. Thank you! Thank you for making every visit feel welcoming and a wonderful experience. Being a man in the world of sewing and quilting can be an interesting adventure, but I have always felt welcomed at The Sewing Studio!!

  First visit and I had a wonderful time, the staff was very kind and the fabric is reasonably priced and good quality. They're a lovely store and I defininitely plan on visiting again.

  I had paid $150 to service my brother embroidery machine here because the bobbin winder was not functioning. When I got my machine back, I didn't immediately check to see if it was fixed. The reviews on this place had been fairly good at 4.6 stars on google so I trusted them. It wasn't until a couple weeks later that I turn my machine on and the bobbin winder jams within seconds. I bring it back to Sewing Studio and no apologies were given. I had asked for a partial refund and they just found one excuse or another to blame the issue on me. They insisted that it was jammed because I had broken it once I took it home or my husband wasn't clear on what needed to be fixed. So not only did not not issue me any refund, or apologize, they are suggesting that I am responsible for the mistake. Two days later, they finally figured out what the issue was. There was a piece deep within the bobbin winder that needed to be replaced. They ordered this on the house and fixed this. My husband had picked up the machine and no refund or apology were issued.
  Sewing machine repair really relies on trust because if you aren't an expert, there is no way to tell what or anything at all has been done - and after this, I feel like the trust is definitely lacking here.

  Best shop in Central Florida! Bought a sewing machine here and I enjoyed working with the sales person. 2 months later I upgraded with a full credit for my prior machine (see store for their policy). Love the classes, the employees are extremely helpful and the selection is wonderful.

  We stopped here on our way back to Tallahassee and were greeted by Katie in the sewing machine section. She asked me what type of sewing I was going to be doing. I told her it was for doing quilts and we were looking at purchasing a Babylock as they are rated very well. She showed me a few machines that matched what I needed. She answered all of my questions and let me try the Katherine which I loved. She took her time explaining the workings on the machine. It was a very joyful experience and we will be back. They have a great fabric selection and different types of threads.

  Wide variety of fabrics, classes, stand behind their products, very friendly staff, offer support anyway they can. Always there to help you with what ever you need. Decient prices.

  The staff is wonderful, the prices are great and what a huge selection! I'm buying all of the fabric I'm using for my wedding from here. I was shocked, however, when I learned they don't do any alterations or actual sewing there. I thought I could pick out the items for the belt for my dress and get it made there, and they made it seem like a ridiculous request. There are dozens of sewing machines there, it would just make sense to add that as an option at the store and make extra money that way. It would be nice to have a one-stop shop instead of then having to take it to a seamstress.

  I shopped at The Sewing Studio recently looking for fabrics I needed to create a costume and the service I received was excellent. The fabric effects I needed were very specific and I found them all in one place. The selection at the store is varied and of high quality. The sales representative who helped me, Ms. Donna, was a pleasure. She made several helpful suggestions reflecting her knowledge and pointed out many other fabric and trim possibilities in her efforts to ensure I get the best results in my project. A great experience overall.
