First and foremost, I read everyone comments about Savoy. I took a chance and applied for residency. I read a few negative reviews about Tome, so I had my guard up just in case . From the moment I stepped into their office, I was greeted with a smile. No bad vibes at all. Very pleasant staff.! Tome, Sara & Alejandria were extremely nice. Very proficient with their job. Tome went far and beyond to get me approved. They stayed in contact with me during my application phase. I love the complex, very clean. My OCD is bad but their property passed the test. I'm glad I chose to follow my own mind and give Savoy a chance.. I hope everyone that's interested in moving to "The Savoy" take the time to go check it out for yourself. Everyone experience isn't the same. Mine was AWESOME. Thanks so much Tome & Sara!

Will miss Savoy. I was a resident for 14 months. It is a wonderful place to live. Loved the high ceiling, interior design especially the interior lighting and clean environment. Staff is also GREAT. Keisha and Malcolm are pleasant, approachable, attentive and were quick to respond to issues that came up. I would recommend Savoy to anyone.

New Review - October 2017:
As you can see below, I posted a review about my pleasure living at The Savoy. Well things have changed since my review and I would like to express my disappointment with a particular person in the leasing office. Recently I have been considering transferring to a larger one bedroom unit. Malcolm and Keisha both showed me the larger units and discussed pricing with me. During those times, the price point and apartment locations were not exactly what I desired. Fast forward to last week when my NEIGHBORS moved out of their apartment, which happens to be the exact floor plan I desire. I spoke with Keisha about it and told her it would be a perfect fit for me because it is literally next door. Perfect situation, right?!? YES! Keisha also provided me with other upgrade options that were in my price range. All was great in the world until I walked in and spoke with Tommy. First, she did not greet me or speak when I walked in. When I walked up to her, she was extremely unprofessional. From the start, her attitude was disgusting! Absolutely disgusting! I was floored at her demeanor towards me. I continued on with my desire to move directly next store when the apartment became available. I mentioned the company I work for (preferred employer), thinking perhaps that coupled with a great payment record and no resident violations that she would gladly work with me on the transfer. NO! My experience with her was the total opposite. She totally fumbled. She offered no suggestions, had no clue about the floor plan and continuously asked me WHY I wanted to move in to an apartment that was only bigger by a few square feet. She constantly reminded me of all the fees I would have to pay regarding transfers and early terminations, etc. It was an all around bad experience. I take great pleasure in knowing I am a great resident who has an awesome paying record. While I was considering a transfer and/or renewal, I have quickly changed my mind. I will not be renewing my lease in January 2018 strictly because of the terrible treatment from Tommy. Her lack of interpersonal skills, unwillingness to help, and lack of knowledge was a total displeasure. I've enjoyed living at The Savoy for the past 2.5 years and working with Keisha, Malcolm, and the maintenance crew. I appreciate them always wearing a smile and attending to the needs of their tenants, but I refuse to reside in a community where the manager is totally disrespectful and demeaning.
Old Review - 2016:
I've been a resident at The Savoy for 1.5 years and so far I have not had any issues. I've lived in this area for approximately 16 years and love the Dunwoody area. I have quick access to I-85 and I-285. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, including several grocery stores, coffee shops, Target, Walmart, and the Perimeter Mall. Keisha C. is always a huge help and very pleasant to work with. She responds in a quick manner and always keeps me informed about whats going on in the Savoy community. The area remains clean and my neighbors are pretty friendly. They provide coffee, tea, and valet dry cleaning. My only suggestion for improvement would be better parking access for visitors. The prices are affordable for the area and the apartment layouts are very modern and up to date.response / report this review -

Not only were the apartments absolutely beautiful, I have never been more impressed by the quality of service provided to me when I visited The Savoy 2 weeks ago. My boyfriend and I have been looking for luxury apartments in the Atlanta area when we were recommended by a trusted friend and current resident to The Savoy. The gentleman who assisted us was extremely patient, attentive and professional. Malcolm showed us several units during our visits and helped us find the best unit that fit our needs in regards to price and the necessary amenities. The units we viewed were absolutely gorgeous and spacious. One of the biggest selling points for us was the resident gym as my boyfriend and I are big on fitness. The Savoy is at the top of list as we continue our search, thank you Malcolm for all of your help and advice as we continue our apartment hunt! We will more than likely be visiting you again soon!!

The Savoy is an amazing property from the apartments to the staff. I am just relocating to Atlanta from Chicago and after visiting this property I understand what they mean by "southern hospitality". My experience was incredible. I was greeted when I walked in by a young man named Malcolm and he was very fun to be around and knowledgeable about the property. He answered my one million questions with a smile and pleasant attitude. He showed me the apartment and even helped me to come up with some decorating ideas for when I move in because I'm horrible at decorating. I met the other staff from a distance and everyone was so nice compared to what I'm used to back home. I am planning on moving in in the next month or so and told Malcolm I had other properties to visit, but he still gave me a follow up call to see how my search was coming along. I thought that was nice of him. Anyway if you are interested in an apartment in a nice area and neighborhood with an amazing staff please visit this property! You won't regret it!!!

I have one word to describe The Savoy: BEAUTIFUL! I am so in love with the aesthetics of this property. From the time I stepped foot in the leasing office, I already felt like I was at home. Malcolm is by far the best leasing professional I have ever dealt with and he made my experience so awesome. He really tends to my needs and makes me feel like I am important. I truly enjoy being a resident here and I am not leaving anytime soon!

I love The Savoy the location is everything and the amenities are really nice! Everything from Coffee and tea in the leasing center to valet dry cleaning. The staff is very accommodating Malcolm is the best always one call away. The management has been making a lot of improvements to the property. I look forward to the resident events. They are always a good time.

My unit is extremely nice! Truly feels like home. Also, all of the office and maintenance staff are so friendly. All issues in the community are addressed and resolved accordingly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to move! I LOVE my apartment complex!!! Five stars!
