I rent 3 units, two have doors that ate difgicult to open. Doors do not have good seals, the weather stripping/seals are poor allowing dust, dirt, and small gravel pieces to enter above, below and on either side of the in unit getting stored items dirty. One unit has a musky smell. Ceiling joint compound falling, pieced landing on stored items. Moss growing on outside of cinder blocks, one unit I rent, leaks in two areas when it rains. When owner of facility was informed, there was no plans to fix the problem as he said leaks were caused by high humidity and units are not temperature controlled. Rental fees increased even though the 3 units I rent where estab Increase was told needed to cover taxes?! It is up to the unit renters to treat unit for bugs and rodents.

This guy takes care of his customers! As a servicemember and having deployed several times while stationed here, Mr. Brown has taken care of my belongings and made storage EASY. His prices are comparable to surrounding storage facilities as well.
