Relaxing, yet Energizing. Surprising. Mesmerizing. Tantalizing. Envigorizing! Tucked away in the last place you would expect, The Salt Cave and Spa is definitely worth checking out. Give your mind and body a treat (ment) in the Salt Cave, you'll be glad you did.

Salt Cave is a wonderful place, with a dedicated, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. I can not rave enough about Salt Cave! My daughter had a wonderful massage as well as an effective facial for her acne. The staff took extra time with both the massage & facial and did not charge extra-they are dedicated and very knowledgeable. Their advice was excellent and extremely helpful! All of us used the Salt Cave and found it to relaxing and theraputic. My blocked sinuses opened up! Crystal, I hope I remember her name correctly, the receptionist was excellent and very kind and helpful-truly a warm sweet & welcoming presence. She also gave us thorough information on the Salt Cave and even let us go over our time in there. We just loved everyone and the services. We were on vacation at Greenbrier Resort and chose Salt Cave because it had a more personal touch, as well as excellent services. The services being cheaper was a bonus, but more importantly was the Salt Cave and wonderful staff. I highly recommend the Salt Cave and wished we lived near it.

Took my mother here for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The place was clean and affordable. I loved the salt cave. Very relaxing!!

This was more than I could have asked for our vacation.
We went at the spa as a family and we have been treated in an amazing way. The staff are very friendly and well trained and the place is very clean. Our massages were great, facials too and we finished our experience in the salt cave in an awesome and so relaxing way. I felt like I was in paradise, the little lights on the ceiling, the music and everything was magnificent.
The salt cave and spa is so well decorated and the energy over there is very peaceful.
The location is wonderful, the landscape is awesome, we really felt like we were part of this amazing nature that is around this place.

I visited the salt cave for the first time last Saturday. I was given a gift certificate for the halo-therapy. The place is beautiful! Definitely gives off a relaxing feel. They have a lot of neat products to browse and the staff were very nice/helpful. The salt cave room itself was amazing. Very relaxing and calming. I enjoyed the music that was played. The only downfall was the generator they turned on to move the salt around the room. It was very noisy and overpowered the music. I will definitely making a trip back..hopefully for a massage this time!

The Salt Cave and Spa is absolutely wonderful!!! We visit the salt cave 2-3 times per week, despite having to drive an hour to get there. It has been extremely beneficial to my grandmother, who has end stage COPD and is oxygen dependent. She is on 2L of continuous oxygen and can not go without it for less that 2 minutes before her oxygen saturation levels drop below 90. She is, however, able to take her oxygen off in the salt cave and her oxygen saturation levels remain in the mid 90s (she monitors this with a pulse oximeter)!!!!!! While I started going in the salt cave with her, I quickly realized that the salt cave was beneficial to me as well. I have significant sinus issues and within 10 minutes of being in the salt cave, my sinuses start to drain and the pressure is relieved! The staff is uber friendly and very accommodating to my grandmother's disability. We love the salt cave and spa and the staff it's absolutely worth the drive!

I have gone to the Salt Cave more times than I can count and LOVE IT! I enjoy it so much along with the staff! the staff is wonderful and so kind! I try to get a massage once every other month and enjoy them so much! this a very relaxing place to be!

I had the most calm and relaxing experience at the White Sulfur Springs Salt Cave and Spa!!! The spa is breathtaking, the work and imagination that went into making this amazing undisturbed and tranquil atmospheres must have acquired many hours of work. Definitely worth going just for the scenery (On the inside.weird? )and experience. The receptionist and the other staff were very helpful and friendly, I could have not asked to have been treated any better! Over great time!! would recommend going and can't wait to go back !! :) :)

Enjoyed an amazing spa day with my sister in-laws that were visiting from out of town. I have been here different times before and I ALWAYS have an amazing experience! This was their first visit and I can guarantee it won't be their last! I have enjoyed several different treatments at the Salt Cave and Spa and the services and staff members are impeccable! Thank you for a great day of R&R. We look forward to coming back again real soon!
