  Jeniffer did my hair and makeup for my wedding and really listened to my ideas and concerns. She and Maddie we're very professional, kind, and did a wonderful job for me, my bridesmaids, and mom for our wedding day. Thank you for putting me at ease for my wedding day look.

  Went to have my mother's hair done for mother's day. Perfect service to her needs. She has an allergy to hair dye, however the tech Robyn is an expert to the T. Able to apply baby lights to hide gray's and give all around highlights. Haven't seen my mother that happy in a long time.

  Unless you like being lied to and have a bunch of time to waste, do NOT use this place!!! The owner & staff will no show and lie to your face! Had a appt for 11:30 Saturday and showed up early at 10:50am to browse through books to see what I wanted for my hair and the door was locked so I went back to my car and tried again at 11:05 still locked no one inside. I can see inside the salon from my car also which was parked on the Eglin parkway side. Checked the other side of salon, no cars. You can see my BMW from the inside of the salon so no way if she was there she wouldn't have seen my car parked in the parking lot!! Seen someone pull up at 11:20 and saw them go through the back and they unlocked the door at 11:30. Went inside and the stylist, robin, said she would text my stylist Shannon. Came back with the phone and Shannon said your apt was at 11:00 and I didn't think you were coming so i left at 11:20 and I'm in Navarre now (it's 11:30) I told her I have been there since 10:50 and no one was there. That's when she realized I knew she was Lying and hung up. The other stylist called the owner, Jennifer, and the owner apologized and said if I wait another 30 min she will be there and will do my hair. I waited and she showed up and said that she was mistaken and had another appt so she couldn't do my hair now and tried to say that the information they had in computer was wrong and that's why the didn't call because the number was wrong even though I have a screenshot of them calling my phone the day before! This place seriously is a JOKE!!! Do NOT waste you time and money here! I so wish I would have read the reviews before making a appt, I'm obviously not the only one!

  I went in for a mani/pedi. First off, the "SPA" feeling just isn't there. The place is trying but missing the mark. The decor is lacking and all over the place. The music is soothing, read John Mayer but the talking from the hair salon portions drowns out any stress relief you were hoping for. My nail tech, Chesley was lovely but lacked experience. Her handling of the trimmers literally caused me to say I was leaving. Also, they do not trim cuticles because, "it's against the law in Florida!" No small glass of wine and the soaker tub is placed too closely to the chair to be sat at comfortably. She placed conservatively 1 tablespoon of wax in a bag and placed my foot in it. Then put my foot in a cold burlap foot sack.ridiculous! I left without receiving my services. Parking is bad, the location is poor, the nail service forgettable. Don't bother with a Groupon, fid another nail salon.

  Not impressed at all. My DIL contracted Posh for her bridal hair and make-up. Was supposed to be airbrushed make-up but we were told her machine broke and she would discount accordingly. I do not think a discount was applied because they were ridiculously expensive for what they did. The hairdresser severely burnt my forehead with a curling iron! Check around brides, you can find a cheaper place and ladies with a better attitude.

  Awesome wedding make up and hair service, would definitely recommend it to anone who is planning the wedding in the area. April, my hair and make up assistant, was awesome! Thanks a lot! Everyone said that I was a beautiful bride. :-) Thanks again!

  Had a great salon treatment with Jeniffer. She made me feel comfortable and was very professional. Good prices and great service. They made an effort to accommodate my work schedule and stayed late.
