It's your garden variety shopping center, packed with big box stores and franchise restaurants. Absolutely crazy packed during December for Christmas shopping. Always tough to find parking at this time, and it somehow brings out the worst in humanity. The way the driving lanes are laid out in the parking lot don't make much sense, only adding to the mayhem. There's nothing original in terms of shopping and dining options, its all national brands offering comfortable familiarity and predictability. Otherwise, its hard to find what you need elsewhere in El Centro without having to drive all over town. I love the Bevmo in this shopping center, and I enjoy the bar scene at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Nice shopping plaza. Open spaces. Best buy, Staples, Burlington, Olive Garden, Buffalo wild wings, Burger King, Ross, Marshall's, Bed, bath and beyond, etc.

Parking is horrible here. Ross is by far the dirtiest. Clothes always seem to be on the floor, shoes scattered. Bins full of piled items that people have left behind, not to mention the long lines.

Less crowded in the summer months until school shopping starts. Nice cool area to walk around and decent food court.

Nice staff and the staff is really nice at subway. Also they have a super charging station near the dollar tree dollar store.
