BBQ was good but really expensive. The liquor store had a really weak selection.

If you are looking for a Hen House or other various stores nearby, this is a good place to go. However, it is a bit pricey for the more frugal-minded.

Beautiful store and love the fact you can set down to eat and they pre pair your food. Love the produce and very nice meat department.

Love the location and convenience. They have everything you need in one strip center. Great restaurants, grocery store, pet grooming, massage therapist and more.

Nice shopping area. I was there for the BBQ restaurant but ended up wandering around the area. Seemed like a nice shopping area. There is construction so had to do u turns to get into the parking lot.

This place has some of the best restaurants in Kansas City. You have nationally famous Joe's BBQ with the best fries in KC. You have Cactus Grill, which has the best Tex Mex in town. Finally, on the North side you have Mr. Gyro if you're craving Greek. But beware! People drive like entitled assholes in this center. Can't tell you how many near collisions I have had by people cutting me off, tailgating me, or sniping a parking spot. Just because you drive a BMW or a Lexus doesn't give you priority over the road.

I love this place because you can shop for food, and then go to pie five or corner bakery and get a snack or meal.

This is a very well groomed shopping center with a nice range of stores for anyone's tastes. Parking is easy to find and safety is the last worry you'd have in this area of town.
