Wonderful hotel located in the middle of Beaver Creek. The rooms are very nice and the staff are extremely helpful. The location is really hard to beat.

LOVED my stay here! Got a good price for a HUGE room, even in ski season! Everything, including staff, absolutely top notch. REMEMBER to tip people - that pays the rent.

Rock Resort at the foot of the lift. Amazingly they weren't serving lunch during high season. That one I couldn't quite figure out. Aside from that it was utterly lovely.

    - TV remote did not work, with two young kids I had to be the entertainment for the length of the stay, which was luckily very short. I was offered a fix of the problem at the time I was about to exit the hotel
    - i got a vodka orange juice drink to go at the bar with spoiled orange juice. In addition to the horrible taste and stomach discomfort after two gulps, i had to go back down to the bar from my room to exchange the drink. no fun
    - the heating system was impossible to set, set at 68 degrees the heater heated up to beyond 77, and then the heater did not cool even after turning off the heat altogether to AC cool. I had to open the window which made the room cold really fast. We were all very sweaty with no clothing on, my toddler kept waking up crying drenched in sweat so nobody got a lot of sleep
    - the mandatory valet service was a pain to say the least, I would have to hand over the keys to the valet and each time i need to get to the car I had to go get the key from them. We stayed only a day so I did not want to take all my stuff out of the car, and there was a lot of stuff traveling with two kids. Valet should be optional.
    - the room we got was right above the valet car drop off area which was continuously busy and loud with people going in and out until very late at night, not fun
    - I did not give a 0 since you found my wife's earnings she forgot in the room. thanks for that
-after I complained in writing to manager I got a "we are sorry" and that's not 4-star service which I paid for

Do NOT stay here. I thought it was a fluke the first time I stayed when my card had an additional $38 resort fee (which had already been paid) withheld from my account for 2 weeks. I called the hotel multiple times to inquire and did not receive a call back. I finally got a hold of someone and they said they couldn't see the funds being held on the account, that everything had been cleared 2 weeks prior when I checked out. It wasn't until I had fought with my bank and made additional phone called to Pines Lodge that the issue was resolved. Trip number two, the same thing happens only this time it's almost $100 extra dollars withheld on my card. It's been a week and a half since I checked out, no one seems to see on their system where or why the money is being withheld that has already been paid. Complete joke. They need to hire new accountants and invest in a new system. I've dealt with my bank on both instances and they've confirmed it's on the hotel's end. I won't be staying here again.

Fantastic meal × 5. We all loved our choices but the best part were the desserts. We asked to talk to the pastry chef Jess. Wow, she did homemade pistatio ice crem, the best Apple crisp ever, etc. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel located in a spectacular Beaver Creek setting. Our room was large, clean and spacious, with an incredible view! The staff went put of their way to accommodate our needs, and were all very friendly. I highly recommend the Pines Lodge.

Wonderful hotel above Beaver Creek. Warm and friendly staff. Luxurious accommodations. Fantastic views. The only negative so far is that we have to leave!

Everything was perfect! Big room, comfy bed, good views, papers in the morning, coffee in the hall. The restaurant was amazing! Best gnocchi I've ever had!

We are not the typical guests you would find at the Pines Lodge. The Concierge was awesome, she told us of an 18 basket disc golf course and some good places to go off roading. We had desert at the restaurant in the lodge, which was awesome.

Absolutely beautiful property, easy to find off I-70. Short hike to Bever Creek Village, easy drive or bike down to Avon for general shopping. We will definitely be back!

Rooms were amazing but the reason I gave it a four star is because the hotel was surrounded by nothing.

Kind of an awkward pull up to the lobby but the valet are very friendly and helpful. Everything is really close to the hotel and the restaurant is one of the best on the mountain! Very easy access to the rest of Beaver Creek Village via walking, ski in/out, and Dial-A-Ride services which are complimentary. Very open and lovely lobby, a nice accessible bar, and our room was stunning.

Great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They have a shuttle service which made it easy to get around Beaver Creek. The rooms were also very comfortable and nice. They set out coffee and tea on each floor in the mornings and deliver the newspaper to you which is an added bonus. The price was also reasonable. Would definitely stay there again.
