Staff acts like you are bothering them . Food is good but, for carry out only ! Pies (dessert) great !

I haven't tried any pies or sweets from the Pie Factory. I can't recall if I've ever tried their regular pizza. I do know their jalapenos popper is excellent. I guess it is a pizza that has two sides folded over. Jalapenos, cream cheese and other cheeses that is all. I tried it with pepperoni once which was good but not better.

I was working in the area for only a few months. Now anytime I am passing by Sandusky on the interstate, I usually make a stop at the Pie Factory for a jalapenos popper!

We were so excited to try this after seeing it on Google. The location is awful, but the food was even worse. We ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza. The pizza was definitely NOT deep dish. The pizza was flat, like any other pizza, and the crust was so soggy and chewy the toppings and sauce slid right off. I also got a pastry which was so stale it was as hard as a rock. Not what we expected at all.

We haven't lived in the area looking so we were looking for a good wing place and BWW was not an option. While the actual flavor was pretty good we like our wings much crisper. These were also sitting in a quarter inch of grease/hot sauce mix and they're breaded so with the combination of the two they were ultimately a slimy hot mess.

We ordered a variety of different things, including the pot pie. Everything was amazing. The deep dish garlic pizza was AWESOME! !! They delivered our purchase 30 minutes prior to estimated delivery time, and the owner delivered it himself. You just don't see that very often anymore!!! Next time we visit the area, we will be ordering from The Pie Factory! !! Job well done by these folks!!! :)
