The Parking Spot South is the best parking service available near DFW airport. Best service right from ticketing to the spot pick up and to dropping near the gates and is the same for return. There is always some service available every 10 minutes. If it gets late you can call them and you can expect them soon. Or if you have the mobile app, you can just let them know through it. Also it's not pricey like other parking lots around the airport. The only concern is that, it is 5 miles away from the airport, so you have to plan early. Loved the service so far.

Very disappointed heard good things so I decided to give them a try let me just say when we flew back in we landed at 1045pm I called at 11pm told them to Pick Up at Terminal E called 4 times waited 45min for a shuttle and they didn't have enough space for us all keep in mind I had a 5 month old with us and the last call I made to find when the shuttle would arrive they hung up on me. When we finally made it to our vehicle at midnight I had to drive back to the airport to pick up my husband and mom at the terminal and there were still a group of people waiting for a shuttle I wasn't the only one calling them that night!! I don't recommend if you have little ones in case they don't have it together.

I love how easy it is to park at the Parking Spot! The process is so easy! My cars have always been fine there. Very quick at picking me up and dropping me off! Check out is super quick and they are so nice! Love my bottle of water too! Just what I need after a long day of flying! Will definitely continue to park at the Parking Spot!

Clean and easy setup with friendly staff. The shuttles run often and efficiently directly to and from your car. Appreciate the option for covered parking. They will even wash your car for you.

I cannot tell you how convenient and how nice these people are. The process is seemless. They have someone there to help you and you get picked up right where your car is dropped off. And when you get back, you get dropped off right at your car. FYI, go to the spots where it says courtesy van pickup. They are marked, but not clearly. What will help is the app. It will tell you where you are, if you are in the right spot and where the vans are. Personally, the only way to go to and from the airport is through them. I come from Tyler, so it is nice to leave the transportation once I get to town to them.

First time using The Parking Spot I usually have a ride to the airport; my trip came up at the last minute. So I needed to drive myself and find a place to leave my car. A friend suggested The Parking Spot. My experience was great. Very courteous, professional, and efficient. I will use them again.

Great location and easy access. Excellent customer service! I arrived to pick up my truck and my battery decided to konk out on me. The manager helped me get it started and gave me a discount on my stay!!! Great conversation and talked me in to checking out the Belmont horse race next year. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks again for helping me get back on the road.

We were a little confused trying to find our "parking spot," but Richard R. our driver hailed us and courteously redirected us to the correct spot. His professionalism was intact from beginning to end. He got our bags and made us feel less stressed about getting to the airport on time. When we got in the vehicle, Richard kindly asked if the ladies were comfortable with the temperature and then asked the men. He was a very safe driver and got us to the airport quickly. The seats themselves were very comfortable and had seatbelts. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like this is the Four Seasons of airport parking because Richard R. took pride in his job.

Used the Parking Spot South for several years and have had very good experiences on most occasions. Friendly drivers, love getting my car washed while I'm gone, glad there is an alternative to parking in the garages at the airport, love the friendly check-out service and the free bottle of cold water for the drive home. Only negative is that I've had to wait for awhile to be picked up when leaving and returning--make sure and plan accordingly so not to be late for your flight.

Super convenient. We pulled up to the gate and we were asked if we reserved a "covered" or "uncovered," then we were told what row to go to. One of the shuttles pulled up behind our vehicle and waited for us. We got in the shuttle, told the driver what terminal we needed to go to and 10 minutes later we were checking in.

Once we got back to Dallas we went outside to the pick up area, saw a "North" shuttle and told them we needed a "South" shuttle and they called one for us. On the app we could actually track the shuttles which was really nice. Gave the card to the driver that we had gotten from the driver who dropped us off, the card had our row and parking number on it, and we were at our car in 10 minutes.

We highly recommend The Parking Spot and we will definitely use their service again. The employees are very friendly and the service is really quick. Another plus is that we had a coupon for 25% off for parking over a week and we got water bottles for everyone in our car on the way out of the gate.

First time using this service while traveling out of town. Shuttle service to and from your terminal. Reasonably priced compared to parking inside the airport. I will be using the Parking Spot again. I highly recommend this company.

We used The Parking Spot South at DFW for an extended trip last week.
So easy and convenient!
Parked our car, rode the shuttle and they dropped us off right at our gate.
When we returned we caught the shuttle and they took us right to our car.
Great price for such convenience, safety and security.

Great prices. Quick shuttle to airport. Efficient. The only negative is they seemed to expect me to know the ropes like I had used their service previously. Some staff were very nice and helpful, but others were impatient.

I fly almost weekly. Every time I use them I literally have to call to get them to come to my terminal during normal flight hours. The Parking Spot North and The Parking Spot #2 always have multiple buses running, but not the parking spot SOUTH! The only reason I continue to use them is because I get a 40% work discount. Either hire more drivers or discontinue service. Everyone on my shuttle right now is literally complaining about the service of The Parking Spot South. I typically am not one to write bad reviews but this company deserves it. DO BETTER!

As always, I was picked up in a timely manner and the driver (George) was extremely professional and got our van back to the lot quickly and safely. Moreover, my car was spotless (I purchased the Ultimate clean option for discount when I reserved my spot - this was my second detail) and the lady who checked me out at the exit was both pleasant and courteous. Love this location and will definitely return! =)
