When first got to the pool we had a waiter that promptly greeted us and took our order.
We order some drinks, sliders, and chips&salsa. It took our chips 50 MIN to come out. Our waiter never came over to refresh our drinks or to check on us at all. Then we waited another 45 for our sliders. Finally we waved him down (as he was walking by our table and didn’t even look at us),and asked him about our sliders were. He looked through his note pad and said he didn’t put them in. Without apologizing for wasting our time or forgetting to put in our order he said “ok, well. would you like to close?”.. we got our bill and realized that he gets an automatic 15% gratuity and that is why he didn’t care about our service. For the amount of money we are paying to stay here the service was not on par. The rooms are very small and not accommodating. Very disappointed.

Beautiful hotel in great location. The hotel definitely has a "tropical resort" feel to it and all employees I interacted with were very friendly. $41/day for parking is ridiculous though and is a huge negative to this place. There are really no other viable alternatives.

The pool and spa are amazing! I had a wonderful Mani/pedi and lounging by the pool with a book, I wasn't pestered to buy drinks or anything like some places. The restaurant is good as well and location is great with the awesome boardwalk and beach. The room was a little small and I was a little unimpressed with the fitness center - so I ran on the boardwalk instead! All in all really great with access to great offerings nearby.

Can’t stop raving about this place. It is the best hidden gem in South Beach. I hope it stays like that. A little oasis in Miami Beach. You can’t beat their service. The hospitality and staff are amazing. Carolyn in the front office was extremely nice. Overall the valet, front office, housekeeping everyone deserve a 5 star rating. I’m definitely planning another staycation with them. 🙌🏻

Really great customer service. We needed a place to stay after Hurricane Irma and the staff was really accommodating. Great pool and bar along with easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

You can watch our travel vlog about our stay on our Alex & Erika YouTube channel. Great times!

What a beautiful hotel. This place has the full package. A large pool, direct beach access. The interior of the hotel is clean and well styled. The staff is very professional. The perfect Miami Beach vacation spot.

Great family hotel. Located in the quieter area of Miami beach, most guests are young families here. Beautiful pool and easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Rooms are a little dated (renovated) but overall clean. The room we stayed in had two bathrooms, one with the toilet and one with the shower plus a sink in each one which was amazing for getting ready in the mornings (we stayed as a family of four). Highly recommend Roasters N Toasters for breakfast which was a 20 min walk - affordable, delicious and massive portions. French toast was the bomb!!

I booked a room here after reading all the good reviews. My experience of staying here was well below the average person's expectations. We had multiple issues that were not addressed appropriately by the staff.

When we arrived at valet parking, after collecting our luggage, the attendant was going through my car glove box. When I confronted him, in broken english he said that he was trying find my name for the valet ticket. I had to spell it to him one letter at a time. Then we tried to check into the hotel, the front desk staff said my credit card strip was too worn to process my card and they refused to run it manually. So I ended up having to pay with cash. As I was checking in, I looked down at my bag and noticed it was missing. As I look around the lobby there was a man and women walking away with my suitcase! I stopped the man and he said it must of been a misunderstanding and he thought it was his bag. The front desk staff did not assist with any of these issues.

The room was nice and had a good view. However, the fan for the air conditioner would kick on every hour or so and it was so loud it kept waking us up. When we went to use the pool, we ordered some food and drink. I had cash to avoid the card issue and the cash was stolen from our things that was setting poolside. The spa was a nice experience, Victor was very helpful and he had no problem running my credit card. The massages were good and the spa area was relaxing.

I had tried to contact the manager to express my frustration with the above issues, weeks later when the managers assistant returned my call, he said there was nothing he could do about my complaint because I did not make a formal complaint at the time of the incidents during my stay. I booked this hotel because it had numerous good reviews. I wanted to leave a review of our experience so that future guests would not be caught off guard like I was.

Beautiful facilities and friendly staff. Our ocean view room was small but comfy. Food at the beach and the pool was standard fare. Beach chairs and umbrellas are complementary and service was good. Hotel is right on the boardwalk, making for easy walks down to South Beach. Nearby market and liquor store on the street.

I had an amazing time, most relaxing vacation, I couldn't believe I was still in North America. The hotel was beautiful and the gardens near the pool are spectacular. It was also right on the beach and the service was beyond any expectation I had, even for a 4-5 star hotel. Would definitely go back!

Very nice place. The decor is wonderful. The staff are very friendly. The services are excellent. This is a Miami Beach luxury spa. Expect the cost to be commensurate

Beautiful grounds. Great access to the beach with full service as well. Rooms are nice if a bit small as these are old buildings that have been renovated so that is probably the norm. Restaurant and loungs is truly relaxing with decent food.

I had such a great experience here. My wife and I were very well accommodated by the staff. The facilities are top tier and the property is very well maintained. The brunch option was excellent. The pool and lounge area at the back of the hotel was beautiful. The highlight of my stay was the private access gate to the beach where we helped by staff and offered a beach chair and umbrella. I would definitely come back here again.
