Great beach access, you are right on the water. Quieter area of 30A than The Destin area. We were able to walk to several restaurants, Cowgirl Kitchen was one of our favorites. Pool is small and located in the parking lot, we did not use it.

Great location, beach access, swimming pool. Love it! Next time want to stay on upper floors, bottom floor can't see beach from patio.

We love the Palms and always choose it for our vacation stay. It's gorgeous, the beach is quiet, and it's Central location make it our favorite place to stay.

The Palms unit C1 provided a perfect vacation. You get a sense of seclusion with a wonderful view of the emerald green ocean and the sound of the waves from the living room / kitchen. The condo wasn't fancy, but was tastefully appointed and fully equipped. It's awesome to walk out the patio door and a few steps to the beach. Dan the owner was super helpful too!
It's an easy beach cruise to Seaside and Watercolor, and we even ride to Red Bar and Publix from here. Perfect balance of location, the ocean, and stylish economy.

The location of The Palms is great if you're used to visiting the area. There is the beach, pool, food and shopping all withing quick walking distance. The rooms are small but in a great location. We've stayed multiple times and will stay again in the future. I wouldn't recommend using Garrett rentals though They're not very responsive and don't accept Amex

The Palms condos were clean, had an excellent view, and decorated beautifully inside the rooms.

What a place. Amidst the rest of beachfront places this one has a nice charm to it. You can meet new people, sit atop the lawn and see the ocean and watch Dolphins, boats and the occasional school of fish roll by. Really a gem. Each unit is unique and trying a few will give you a flavor for this cool spot. Don't tell too many people though ;)
