This is not you're average hotel room This is an appartment suite! In unit laundry, full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/range full sized master bedroom with on suite bath and large living room and kitchen. Very high end furniture and decorations. This is the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed at!

It was a pleasure to stay at 30-A Suites. The rooms were gigantic and extremely well done. Booking was simple. I don't know the last time I felt so comfortable renting a room.

Very lucky that this is an establishment with understanding. We were scheduled to arrive this Friday and had to cancel due to the impending hurricane - Irma. As native Floridians, we do not take these storms lightly and are glad to know they do not either. Unfortunately, we will not be able to visit this hotel and are upset about it because we've only heard good things about them. We greatly appreciate their understanding in canceling our reservation and allowing us to get further prepared for the impending hurricane.

Location is close to sandestin and 30A, probably about 10 minutes away. Room was great for 4 people, just could hear people above us and in the breezeway. Getting checked in and out was easy.

Had to stay here to go to a wedding at the beach. It's close enough to Watercolor that it's not a hassle to drive down. The untis were nice and clean.

We were here for a single night recently, and this was our second stay with 30A Suites. Like the first time, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and checking in and checking out was a breeze. There aren't many single night options in the area, and while we typically stay on the other end of 30A for longer trips, this is a great option for short or last minute bookings where a hotel is just much easier than finding and booking a house or condo.

I love staying out on 30a so much nicer then any where else on the gulf coast. They have a great staff. By far love going to pcb fl for the jet ski tour out to shell island. Sunshine Watersports in PC is who we went with this guys rock very friendly. We got to ride jet skis, went to visit shell island, by far the best thing we did on our whole vacation, besides hang at the pool. This trip really makes for a great day.

Very convenient, decently priced, and really nice updated comfortable stay! We're close to everything while avoiding the rift raft. 30A is the place to be. We will come back!
