Staff was super helpful in getting out tickets from will call and helping us find out seats. Theatre is beautiful and we'll maintained. I would definitely go out there for another show.

We hadn't been to the palace for about 45yrs. Dean and I were high school sweethearts, since reunited, would go to the movies there. This was a very memorable experience for us. They have restored it to just the way it was back in the day. Oh ya, the play "Annie " was excellent! Will go back again.

An adorable theater within walking distance to many local restaurants. Offers free parking on event nights. Great place to see a show. Only negative is that if you get tickets in "peanut heaven", you are only able to access them by elevator with no stair access. Takes forever to get to those seats, and there are no bathrooms on that floor. You have to ride the elevator back to floor 2 or 1.

My Husband and I had never been to this theater before, we bought tickets by phone many months before the show and were told we were not eligible for the meet and greet with the Whose Line is it Anyway cast since we needed wheelchair seats, even though we offered to pay that price and remain in the same seats. Upon arriving at the theater, we expressed our disappointment and were taken to see a very nice lady named Teresa whom said she didn't know why that happened but it was not correct and would find outthen surprised us by allowing us to participate in the meet and greet!! It is a stunning old theater, the show was fabulous, everyone was friendly, and we will definately return someday! Highly recommend checking it out!! And thanks again to Teresa for making our lives a little brighter too-we greatly appreciate you taking time on a busy night helping us!!! Have a lovely day!! : )

I love the Palace Theatre. It is a great venue for shows, concerts, and large events for fundraising. The staff is friendly and the space is gorgeous.

Took a guided tour of the theater during Open House on Sept. 9, 2017. The venue is small but gorgeous, from the expansive entryway with its checkerboard tiles to the marble staircase leading to the second floor. The large paintings that grace either side of the balcony are a delight. The only bad seats in the house, as we were told, are the very top last row which are marked as Obstructed View due to having only 'one step' height between it and the prior row, whereas all other rows have three steps-height between rows. The box seats are accessed by stairs, as is the balcony, and I don't recall an elevator, so call ahead for ADA accessible seating. The behind-the-scenes look at the stage was fascinating, and the tour overall was amazing.

Just saw Ann Wilson of Heart. It is a smaller, more intimate venue. Acoustics are great. I have also seen Buddy Guy. Some really great acts have come through

best place in Westmoreland county to see live music. Not a bad seat in the house, ticket prices are always reasonable and always sounds good.

Smells musty & seats are very tight. I realize this is a very old bldg but some upgrades need done for the customers besides cosmetic.

Nice place to go see fantastic preformers. Staff is very friendly and curtious and very calm, nostalgic atmosphere. I am older so I don't have to deal large or unruly growds great security

A historic structure, the theater has a uniqueness and grandeur that is not constructed anymore. Sitting in the theater for any performance allows you not only to enjoy the show but the majesty of the building it is being held in.

A classic. A lovely place to see a concert. The seats are close together (given the age of the venue) so be prepared to know your neighbors, but the sound is great as are the views of the stage.
