This is the best place on Athens to buy your pet supplies through. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. When we do leave Athens, I will be very sad to leave this store.

The staff is always kind and knowledgeable. They also work closely with the dog shelter, humane society and a women's shelter to help keep families with their pets. I wouldn't trust anyone else to help me feed or groom my pets. They also offer pet sitting and are very good about taking care of the animals.

Super helpful. I had been dealing with awful fleas on my two cats and found the cure here. I had no idea what I was looking for, but they definitely steered me in the right direction at what I think is a great price. Some other things are a little pricey, but it's a small business and for the amount they know and are able to help, I'd happily spend a couple extra dollars for the quality of the business.

Took my dog here and they disagreed with me getting my dog a hair cut he sheds and needed a hair cut they ended up just trimming him and clipping his nails when I mean trim they did the bare minimum didn't even cut him he still had long hair and hair behind his legs wasn't shortened up and when I was maken a appointment for him days before I took him they told me on the phone what I should feed my dog I'm ok with advice but not a 30 mins conversation on what I feed my dog he eats his food and it's not a bad brand

Love, Love, Love Friendly Paws. Always have such great advice on products and solutions to help with my fur babies. Shelly truly cares about what she does, and she has even given advice on things to before you have to spend money if not needed - its not always about selling something with them, its truly about caring for your animals! I love how they support the local animal rescue as well, and won't shop anywhere else for my pet stuff :) I should mention their prices are equal to some of the discount stores, but you all get here is quality products!!

Friendly Paws is a great pet store!
Products: If they don't have the product you are looking for, they will order it for you. With my experience, it was even cheaper than ordering from Amazon! Overall, their selection is great. I have bought harnesses and collars for my growing Saint Bernard there. They even took the time to make sure it fit properly.
Customer Service: They are super quick to let you know when something you have ordered has arrived and also great about calling to remind you of the upcoming grooming appointment.
Grooming: I can't rave enough about the grooming. They aren't even intimidated by giant breed dogs!
Price: Extremely competitive! They even offer coupons.

Over all, this is the best place to buy your pets the items they need!

I have been very happy with my grooming experiences at Friendly Paws Pet Supplies & Grooming. Becky, the groomer I use, is very kind to the dogs and is very knowledgeable. She does an excellent job. I see the other post and think it must be "spam" or something. The store has a great selection of everything from collars to harnesses to training tools and many eco-friendly & local products since it has been under new ownership. This place is a gem!
