  This review is only about the repair service for my trumpet, not about the merchandise or anything else.
  
  I'll start with the BAD. I went in with my trumpet in mid July looking for it to be repaired, moderately difficult dents, damaged coat, valve casing messed up. The guy who took my trumpet barely even remembered to get my information, and when he was done with that simply walked off and set it somewhere and did not reappear. Gave me no time-frame for how long the repairs would take, when I could expect it back. This is a back-to-school period, so a lot of students are repairing their instruments around this time, so even just a slight warning of "hey, we're swamped, this could take a really long time to could to" would have been adequate but NOTHING was said to me. They never once contacted me over the phone, and I called multiple times only to get "The repair guy isn't in today, I don't know when he'll be back" as an answer. When I did get in touch with him, I was told "I hope you aren't in a rush." It took a little under two months for the repairs. In fairness, for the time of year, that is a reasonable amount of time, I just wish there was better communication on that front.
  
  On to the GOOD. The work Marcus, the repairman, did was MIND-BLOWING. This trumpet went from damaged and old to looking like a brand new, never-scarred, pristine beauty. There are no scars of the bell dent, any of the tuning slide dents, the valve casings are perfect. The old lightly tarnished coat is now a perfectly bright and shimmering silver. I am 110% happy with the work that was done and it made it completely worth the wait.

  Best music store in Asheville. I have made numerous purchases here, and the staff always work with me to find the best deal on a product. I have purchased a xylophone, vibraphone, digital piano and several smaller items through this store, and the staff have been flexible and immensely helpful every time.
