  Beware! They have a "No Return" policy, though they don't tell you that when you purchase. I purchased a wetsuit last week, and let them know that there was a 50% chance that I couldn't use it because the material may be too thick for what I needed it for. No one said anything about there being an issue with returning it. Terrible service!

  I visited the shop just a few days ago to get some help replacing the straps on my fins and to get a few other things. From the site, I wasn't even sure the shop was still in business, but was greeted as soon as I walked into the shop by the new owner. I really enjoyed our conversation and the respect he has for our men and women in uniform. Great people. I will definitely be doing more business with these guys.

  Been diving for over 30 years and this is by far THE WORST dive shop ever! Half the time they don't answer the phone during regular business hours, it just rings and rings, can't even leave a message. And it's not because they're busy, often they're not even there when the shop is supposed to be open. No phone message or sign posted stating so either. I showed up at 10:45 and no one was there, yet the shop was supposed to open at 10. My daughter took the open water 1 course there. While the instructor was nice, he was constantly late. 20 minutes late to class the first day, 25 minutes late to pool later that day, 25 minutes late the next day, an hour late to the first dive session and 30 minutes late to the session the next day. He wasn't on time once! I've got better things to do with my time than wait around for some jerk who doesn't respect my time. They had us signed up for one weekend for the dives and then changed it to another weekend, without letting anyone know. Finally found out during class and had to rearrange my entire schedule to make it work out. Oh, and they don't bother to transport your gear to and from the pool or dive sites, you have to do it. I live an hour away. They expected me to drive my gear back on Monday after the pool session only to pick it up the following Friday for the dives in SC and then return it that Monday. That's 6 hours of driving time for me just to pick up and return equipment! Never had a dive shop that expected me to do that. Showed up at the lake and every other dive shop there had a trailer with all the equipment for it's class. Ridiculous! If you value your time, find another shop!
