  Brad was great! He was able to answer any questions I had and break down the entire process in a very easy way to understand. The loan was funded earlier than expected. Him and his team were super friendly and on top of everything. He took take of any doubts and concerns I had about VA loans. Brad and his team made it simple and very time efficient. I will definitely be using him again and can’t recommend him enough for any of your mortgage needs!

  As a Realtor and a veteran, I can't express enough gratitude to Brad and his team. This crew hits hard and fast and doesn't stop until the veteran is satisfied.   We are forever grateful for Brad & his team! We were referred to Brad after dealing with another lender for 2-3 months who couldn’t do anything for us. Brad & his team had great communication and worked diligently to get us approved and into our home. They were fast and thorough. We were first time homebuyers and Brad had no problem explaining to us the process and breaking it down Barney style.   The process is easy as they walk you through it from start to finish. Brad is knowledgeable and understands the appraisal process and is willing and able to help if/when an appeal is necessary. Brad will help the buyers agent if you are selling, not just you as his client. Brad takes things to a higher level making contact with the Agent on the other end of the deal to reassure them that the VA loan is as good and better than any other loan making a stronger case for a buyer in an extremely competitive market, giving you the extra edge you need.
