  Hi there! It would have been great if you guys had contacted me by phone, email, or letter, to let me know you were selling my loan to some other company. Instead, the first I learn of this is a BILL from the new company. A complete and total failure of communication on your part. Which isn't a surprise because your customer service has been ABYSMAL at best, from the start. Your messaging system is a joke - you resolved NOTHING in any of the tickets I had to open due to your lack of attention to detail. You are truly bottom-rung mortgage lenders who I cannot in good conscience ever recommend to anyone. Ever. You don't even deserve the one star I was forced to give.

  5 star service and 5 star technology. Everybody was bending over backwards to help me with my questions and concerns. Plus they have the best technology to help us brokers in our business, and they made it easy to work with them. 100 stars if I could rate that high.

  4 months later, my home owners insurance has still not been paid. Title agency is telling me the mortgage company should pay it, mortgage company is telling me it should have been paid at closing by my title agency. I am sick and tired of dealing with incompetence. Do I have to deal with this for the next 30 years???!!! This is ridiculous. Now, I'm calling my mortgage broker, and she no longer picks up the phone. They are nice to you when they are trying to get your money, and very unresponsive after they've won the award. Get yourselves together people. Please pay my home owners insurance already. Why are you holding on to my hard earned cash?!

  Best mortgage company out there. Responsive, helpful, experienced. Everyone always sounds like they're smiling which makes for a pleasant experience. People try to HELP solve problems, not create them. Love the UWM team!!!

  This lender along with the agent, Matt Moreno, wasted more than 3 months of my time to eventually disqualify me. From June 9th until August 11, I have prepared and sent them whatever documents they asked for, some of them even for 3 times of the same documents, including official W2 forms issued by two universities I have being worked with as a adjunct faculty. Interestingly, they asked for more details and breakdown of the W2s!!!. During the 3 month, the agent was giving me all positive signals that I will be proved after providing the more document they asked for at the time.
  They have insulted my intelligence, disrespected me, and have wasted very long hours of my valuable time, while they could avoid all of these if they act professionally and let me know in a reasonable short time.
  Very unprofessional. I was asking to refinance $450,000 for the house worth 1,600,000.
  I will never recommend this lender to anybody including my son purchasing his first house, and I will report this to the BBB.
