  Used this firm for my case and everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with. They were good in their communications and returning emails and phone calls. Roxanne was exceptional and super helpful too. They walked us through the steps and made sure we were made aware of the ways of the court. They made sure I was kept updated with new documents as they came in. I’m glad my case is finalized and I can be happy moving forward.

  What can I say, Divorce is painful all the way around. But I was so blessed to be able to find Family Law Matters, to help navigate me through through all this. From Charlene, to Brittani, to Kristi , to Beshoyeveryone helped walk me back away from the ledge so many times. The depth of their legal knowledge and support, is immeasurable. It's not a perfect process for either parties in a divorce, but I am very pleased with all that the Legal team here, helped me achieve. Highly recommended.   I am blessed to have come across this office, I was going through a very difficult & challenging time with my divorce & reached out for a consultation. I felt very comfortable with it & hired them the same day. They are very prompt with responses & emails, Charlene & Kristie are the BEST.   I hired this law firm to represent us for a child custody case and they didn’t try anything in court. They went to court for us and barely said anything didn’t defend us at all. They were happy to take money from us but didn’t do anything in court. The attorney kept saying he was going to do this and that but stayed quiet in court both times. We were told several things and nothing was followed through. We could have won in court if family Law matters went into court and actually defended us.
  
  So at the end, I tried speaking to the attorney and he got upset when I told him that he did nothing for me and they still kept asking for money. I told him that he lied to us several times and he immediately told me “ I’m no longer going to be on your case I’ll be sending you an email to file for a substitution” meaning family law matters is no longer representing us. I think that’s a horrible way to run a law firm. We tried speaking to the owner for probably two weeks and they won’t let us speak to her. Be careful when hiring this company. It’s looks pretty bad when the owner can’t even speak to the client when there’s a problem.
  
  Rebecca Rainwater used to be an attorney with family law matters she is an AWESOME attorney…. If you need a attorney contact her she will actually do something in court.

  Another thing we’ve been trying to contact the owner for 2 weeks now and she will not talk to us.

  Amazing team of Legal Professionals. Rebecca and Tiffany have been on top of my case and helping me push through this hard times. You can’t go wrong with “Family Law Matters”.
  
  Update:
  I’m changing my review due to the service I received during my last case. Paralegal personnel and paperwork filing still awesome. And, I don’t doubt their lawyers’ experience and knowledge. Sadly, when I was told that they were calling me back, I never received a call. I emailed asking questions prior my hearing date and after but never got a reply. I emailed requesting an appointment, no answer. I called asking to speak to my lawyer, I was told they were busy, but promise they were calling me back by the end of the day. I didn’t receive a call. I got an email asking for my questions, I reply back and didn’t get an answer again. The lawyer that handled my case before is no longer there. She would get back to me within a day or two. This wasn’t the case this time. My case was closed and I never got answers for any of the questions I asked two weeks ago. If I was asking for free services I wouldn’t mind being ignore, but I always paid on time. So, you might think twice prior hiring someone that would ignore you and wouldn’t even have the courtesy to tell you “no can’t do.” Good luck with your case and God Bless! 😇
