Great views of the lake. The cabins are really nice and quaint. Breakfast were really good, Bonnie puts her own twist on few items and they are delicious. This was an excellent venue for a wedding.

Good location. And the rooms were okay. However the food is horrible went to waiting there over the holiday and they only allow their own catering. With exception of the fresh fruit and vegetables most of the food was so over seasoned it was inedible. Thank goodness they allowed the wedding cake to be catered in. They had a massive dessert table that most of the wedding guest gorged on because they weren't able to eat dinner.

The views are beautiful even in winter. The breakfast was AMAZING! The honeymoon room was cozy. The staff was very accomodating and they have plenty of movies and toys for little ones in the main lodge. My only complaint is that during off season there is no maid service.

I cannot recommend the Lighthouse Lodge for your vacation stay and wedding day needs highly enough. Bonnie and Mike are an amazing duo who made our day incredibly special. They were open to new ideas, provided us with excellent food, and were incredibly patient with us throughout the planning process. Their beautiful bed and breakfast is the perfect backdrop for an amazing evening with friends and family. Our guests were raving over the gorgeous views, convenient lodging, and the most amazing caramel apple cheese cake you’ve ever encountered. I highly suggest you give them a call (for best correspondence!) and learn more about the amazing possibilities!

Had the most wonderful stay here! Wish we could of stayed longer. The host were very friendly and welcoming. Two of the nicest people you will ever meet. They made us feel like part of the family and not just strangers passing through.
The room was beautiful, clean and spacious with views of the lake from every window. The bedding was plush and extremely comfortable. We slept like babies.
Breakfast was served family style in the dining area. Bonnie's Banana French Toast with homemade flavored butter and blueberry syrup was just heaven in every bite.

If you are looking for the perfect place to host your wedding, reunion, vacation, etc the Lighthouse Lodge is it! My husband and I recently had our wedding at the lodge without ever seeing the place in person. It turned out to be everything we ever expected and then some! The lake is perfect for kids, the food was amazing, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and there is plenty of outdoor/patio area to relax and enjoy! Mike & Bonnie continuously went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went just as planned and also to make sure every single guest was comfortable and enjoying themselves. We went to Monticello expecting a wedding weekend but instead we had a wedding, a reunion, and a wonderful family vacation all in one! We highly recommend the Lighthouse Lodge!
