We had an amazing stay at the Inn at Aspen. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect being in the middle between Snowmass and Aspen. The shuttle service was so convenient. The Home Team BBQ on site was terrific with great service.

The Inn always has the most helpful staff. The restaurant is excellent, but not too expensive as for most in the area. Close proximity to the airport and even closer to the ski lifts. An easy ride to the downtown. Courtesy driver took us to town and came to get us once we were done.

This hotel goes above and beyond for hospitality. Even though the airport is just up the road, they will pick you up and drop you off on demand. They have a great hottub and a fire pit outside. The view from the bar/restaurant overlooks Buttermilk, where the X games are help. The restaurant has great BBQ, the wings are highly recommended!

What I liked about this hotel was that you don't need to rent a car. The shuttle can take you anywhere you need in town. Also the ski area is right in the backyard of the hotel. The restaurant in the lobby was great! I liked the food. Our waiter was the best - Jake, very nice and friendly. The housekeepers were mexicans- very friendly. Also the lady from front desk Olga was the nicest and gave us a lot of info about places to visit with kids. The rooms do need improvement of cleaning, instead the lobby and restaurant looked clean.

Wonderful ski-in / ski-out hotel near the buttermilk area. Service was top notch. Rooms were cozy with a touch of old school wooden fit and feel. They've even got individual ski lockers for all their rooms! Plus, a beautiful view of the ski slopes. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Aspen for skiing or even otherwise.

Nice room, clean. Front staff friendly. Rooms have small fridge and microwave. Our pullout mattress is a blow-up bead. I believe it is the most comfortable pullout I've slept on.

The rooms are hit and miss as far as updating goes. They are individually owned so they are updated at the owners discretion. The updated one are well done while the older ones are very dated. There isn't anything within easy walking distance, but the hotel shuttle will take you into town or wherever else you want to go that is within a few miles. The restaurant, Hometown BBQ, is very good and actually reasonably priced. Very nice outdoor area backing up to Buttermilk mountain with a large fire pit and swimming pool. Coffee in the lobby in the morning is complimentary.

Nice hotel not luxury but clean and friendly staff. Great buttermilk ski location. During prime time expect 1/2 hour commute to aspen.

Great inn, well priced. A little far from Town center but there's a convenient free shuttle that runs until 11pm.

I was so nervous walking down the hallways leading to our room because the hallway was nasty! It had Outdated dingy carpet, spiders on the wall and it smelled like weed. I was pleasantly surprised when our room was clean and updated. The inn has a restaurant inside of it which is very convenient. It is annoying how there is only one elevator near the lobby, so we got to haul our many bags and suitcase and two babies up two flights of stairs and down a rather long hallway (since our room was no where near the lobby).

The Inn is clean and welcoming hotel. Excellent restaurant. Hotel staff very knowledgeable about the area. For example the lifeguard had great ideas for family outings around the area.

Ha, Ha, Ha! Never stay here again! Cold hallway, cold water, cold reception. Noise from the hot tub/pool area and the other "guests" in the hallway. Pictures are doctored to look better than the room actually is. Will go back to The Limelight from now on.

Large rooms, conveniently placed by ski lifts/hiking trails. Friendly staff. Really nice restaurant on site. My only complaint is that it isn't open for breakfast, so you have to go into town for that.
