Probably the best B&B I've ever visited. The rooms are beautifully decorated and exceedingly comfortable. Some of the best sleep I've had in ages! The Inn as a whole is full of so much interesting and unique furniture and decor that it's fun to just wander around and explore.
The owners, Ted and Alease were friendly and beyond accommodating, from their welcome when we arrived an hour past their latest check-in time, to their warm conversation.
As if this place needed anything else, the homemade breakfast was DELICIOUS and full of locally sourced ingredients.
Folkston itself is a lovely small town near Okefenokee Swamp and a great destination if you like trains!
My husband and I had our wedding here on May 27, 2017 and I cannot say enough good things about this business and the Innkeepers. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The B&B is so cozy and intimate and such a warm place to be. We will definitely go back to visit and enjoy a stay at the Inn at Folkston.
Fleeing from a hurricane. The only room in town. I called to book it but was refused because I have a small pet and they have other people that wouldn't like there being a pet. No compassion. Maybe a nice place but the people are terrible humans.
Beautiful place with wonderful care from Ted and Elease!
Best service
Quaint and charming
They family is amazing and wonderful love this place
My husband and I were married there today. Wonderful place and wonderful couple that own it! We would love to return soon!
The feel of 'Home' while you're away is what the Inn at Folkston offers. This is my third stay.
The family who owns this place is incredible! They don't make nicer people.
Highly recommend staying here - whether coming watch trains, visit the Okefenokee, or business travels.
