Overall a nice hotel, but there was some confusion with a friend's room being cancelled without a refund. He was luckily able to get it fixed but had to do so himself with no help, and more importantly no empathy from the agent at the front desk. Room was great though. Very spacious.

The hotel looked nice when entering. The staff is hit or miss on friendliness. The restaurant was okay but could be better especially service wise took 5 mins to even notice I was there. Parking is bad especially if they are having there convention halls used. Which was we're my problem began I was harassed by some children walking from my vehicle to hotel who enjoying the hotels accommodation. When I notified the front desk of they drunken disorder they said they would look into it. Nothing like drunk kids slamming doors and yelling in hallways for a peaceful night sleep.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Good breakfast but no made-to-order. Restaurant for dinner was good but service was hit or miss. Room was fine unless you had one you had to walk across the pool to get to. Ample sized gym on second floor. Convenient shuttle.

Very nice facility. Great staff that are very helpful. Very convenient to the Airport terminal, but inconvenient to anything else. Plan to have a car, and pay $5 per car for parking. There is nothing but the airport terminal nearby.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Front desk elane I believe. Absolutely fantastic. The cleaning ladies also very friendly and charismatic. Room was great.

I was there for a wedding. The rehearsal dinner was at the hotel. The food was delicious and one of the servers was good. The bartender Matt was also awesome. other than that my feelings aren't that good toward the hotel. The hall and room smelled bad. The hall and ice machine room had a strong odor of mildew. I am pretty sure it was mildew because the carpet near the air conditioner was soaked. The front desk was not that inviting and the room did not have that clean feel to it. There were crumbs by the edge of the bed and there was what appeared to be mold spots on the wall. The bed did not have that comfortable fall into me either. $17 dollars for breakfast was a little ridiculous and I feel not worth it. The entire weekend I had an uncomfortable feeling when there.

This review is mainly for the Frequency Lounge at double tree. The service was great, the dirty martini was spot on. My issue was with the Caesar salad and the calamari. The salad was swimming in dressing, the dressing was tasty the anchovies very yummy but way too much dressing. The calamari was okay. I liked the added pineapple, I did order my Thai sauce on the side. I didn't want soggy calamari. The calamari didn't taste fresh. It tasted more like frozen preprepared calamari. Overall I recommend the salad just request less dressing. Skip the calamari. It was more on the sweet side than the spicy side. The bartender/waiter was attentive and overall nice.

If you want to be in a stone's throw of the airport, this is the hotel for you. If you want a clean, quiet room with caring staff, you might want to look elsewhere. The first room still had water in the tub, hairs in different places in the bathroom, and trash under the bed. There was an at least one inch gap in the balcony door. Since people smoke at the pool, that was problematic. The second room was cleanier than the first, but every noise in hallway could be heard. Balcony door was almost impossible to open (even employee said say.) Could see only palm branches from balcony. When requested it took over 2 hours to get cups and other items that housekeeper forgot to leave in room. Front desk employees were made aware of problems and did not seem to care. Hilton's guarantee promise to make things right was just words on paper. Would not recommend this hotel, unless you have no other choice but to be beside airport. Airport noise was not a problem.

I was just in Jacksonville this past weekend and at first I was a little nervous about booking at this hotel, because based on some the reviews I thought this hotel would of been a nightmare! However I am so glad I came here! Hilton hotels are the best! The room and bathroom was super clean and although the hotel building is a tad bit old they did a good job of remodeling. The A/c worked perfect and the bed slept really well, I felt like I was in heaven! Staff was so friendly and helpful! I will most definitely stay here again! The free cookies are awesome as well!

I have had a bad experience with this hotel and its staff. We were celebrating my son's wedding and I had guests staying at this Hotel, they left a bag for me with some personal items and instruction at the desk to hold it so i could stop by and pick it up. I called and spoke several times with the manager and the desk people to let them know I was arriving to get my bag but every time they had an excuse and basically even though they knew about the package they did not know where it was! Actually in more than one occasion they basically hung up on me. I went to the hotel which is 50 minutes away to find out what happened but again they told me to speak to the manager that at the moment was not there. Where was she? She was not there for me! I normally don't live such a harsh review and I do give a ten when it is worth it. Not this time, they were careless and unprofessional.

Clean hotel. Shuttle service is fast. Right next to the airport so it's very convenient. Bathrooms are tiny but manageable. My double queen sweet room felt updated and was very comfortable.
