I currently live in the highland meadows apartments and they are taking me to court because they didn’t want to fix my air conditioner unit and left me my son and my animal in a hot apartment until I had to stay with my mom. They are not worth living in. They don’t care about the tenants they just want their money. So I got all my paperwork showing they didn’t do their job in a timely manner. I was out of air for a month. Had to call code enforcement on them. They they say if you don’t like their “rules” you can leave. I would not recommend anyone to move here unless it’s your last resort option!!!

I am currently a resident here, and I just resigned my lease for second time. The staff is great, friendly, and very understanding! Anytime anything needs to be fixed, it's taken care of with-in 24 hrs. When incidents are reported, Security is on top of any problem . I don't know anyone from here, so they have made me feel every welcome and safe! I have no complaints. I plan on staying here for a long while! Thanks Highland Meadows staff and Security!

These apartments are worst place to ever live! Rats roaches and trash everywhere MS PAM, non-compliant. Very rude, And disrespectful! After signing my a lease she told me that I was no longer on the lease. I should’ve sued them. I can’t wait to move my mom from over here ASAP.

I currently reside here, my ac has been out for 4-5 months, and with no ac during the summer its hot as hell, its hard to sleep here with people climbing over the gates, as well as the keycard gate being open 24/7 dosent prove to be secured at all, if i was able to rate it lower than 1 star i would. But lets carry on, they wont replace lightbulbs that go out due to their mishandling. Bugs are a real issue here, the complex isnt inviting at all. Theyll say theyll get to it but they dont. They say theyll take care of the issue and put you on hold while they close and leave you on hold. I will leave this to be edited later

I have lived in this community since 2015. I moved here mostly for the reasonable rental rates. The property is close to the airport and to shopping in Memphis and Southaven. I’ve lived in my current unit for 6 years and I’ve had no serious issues. The kitchen cabinets and appliances are fairly new and the living room and master bedroom are spacious. I’m lucky in that I have cool neighbors in my building who have similar cleaning standards as I do, so there are no significant bug/vermin problems. Some issues with visitors throwing trash in the parking lot, but maintenance cleans that up daily. The office staff are mostly friendly and helpful; security does frequent patrols at night. It’s a pretty good place to live as long as everyone does their part. Pay your rent, keep your place up, mind your business, you’ll be fine here.
