I hope that my experience can inspire this company to change a few of their policies or become a little more professional

I called in to order a big chipotle and a pressed juice for pick up, and was asked to be put on hold. Normally, this is 100% okay but it was a 5 minute hold and I could hear the cashier or lady on the phone talking with a co-worker. when she finally picked back up the phone, I placed my order and the lady on the phone was constantly distracted and at one point yelled, going back and forth with some other person in the store, and not attentive to the fact that a paying customer was on the phone wanting to order.

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had at a restaurant, and while I don’t doubt the food is good, this level of service makes me want to not even try the restaurant for the first time.

This is the most amazing place!! I know when I order from here I’m getting the most nutritious and best tasting gluten free food!! The family style meals are so convenient and my whole family loves them!! Definitely our favorite!!

Friendly and positive staff with a nice relaxing atmosphere. Awesome vegan options and the portions are huge! More food than we could eat at a fair price. They have all kinds of food both vegan and not as well as fresh juice cocktails and smoothies. Will be back many more times.

I love their food here and it's so nice having a healthy choice for lunch in the area. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 star rating is because it usually takes a while for them to greet you and also to receive your food, but it's worth the wait! It's rarely busy here, which I hope to see change.

Fantastic experience! Natural, healthy and FAST food options. This is one of the most versatile healthy fast food option you can find, especially for the Southside. All their food is delicious and incredibly healthy. I plan to make this my regular go to fast food option. The atmosphere is great as well. I highly recommend eating here!!!

Extremely nice people. Smoothies were amazing and perfect for post workout. Didn't get one but their wraps looked huge and worth the price. Will definitely be going back.
