The Georgia Technical Services team did a great job in accommodating a last minute demarc extension for our company. We called them on a Thursday and by Tuesday they had gone on site and completed the demarc extension with no issues. We look forward to using them again in the future!

Probably the best information I can share about our experience with Georgia Technical Services was the after installation follow up. We had an issue that came up and they were accommodating and eager to help us resolve the issue. They ensured our satisfaction with excellent customer service.

I am thinking about erecting statues in honor of the guys at Georgia Technical Services. We found ourselves in a really bad position at our brand new location, and they saved the day. They have been very helpful with all our follow up questions and are always professional and informative.

Fast response to initial contact, quoted from floor plan drawing and emailed description. Quoted a reasonable price and stuck with it. Got the work done sooner than he initially estimated, and fast at that. Couldn't be happier. Thanks!

They did an amazing job and were very professional. The owner and techs took time out to answer our questions in regards to what work was being performed and completed the work in the time frame specified. Very knowledgeable group and communicated with us all the way through the project.

I contacted Georgia Technical Services yesterday morning due to an issue with our wired network stations within the office. Jesse was extremely helpful and had a technician (Craig) at our office by 10:30 that morning. Craig determined that our network switch was hit during the storm and installed a new switch along with repairing some old wiring at the stations. They had us up and running within no time. Craig and Jesse exceeded our expecations and we look forward to using them in the near future for a total system upgrade.

Surpassed expectations, knowledgeable, professional. We were looking for an enterprise level solution to modify the patch cabling in our server room. Jesse came out and presented the team with multiple ideas to facilitate solutions to the problem. They were very professional and time conscious. I would recommend without reservation!

Contacted Jesse this morning regarding an intermittent connectivity issue in one of our offices. Within a couple of hours the technician completed running a drop from our server room to the office fixing the issue. The technician was polite and professional. I would highly recommend their services.
