I frequent Oak Grove market, we tried this place at friend's suggestion. Friends got burgers, they were awesome. We got a Prime Rib Sandwich and a Club sandwich, they were both awful. The prime rib was ordered medium rare, it was as well done as a prime rib could be. It was just a chunk of meat served open faced on bread, the fries were good. After gnawing through half of this sandwich we moved on to the club. They managed to completely destroy a club sandwich, which to the rest of the world is juicy, has thinly sliced meat stacked with plenty of lettuce and tomato. This was my first ever dry club,. There was literally one slice of ham, one slice of turkey (both from the peg hooks at the Kroger) and 2 or 3 slices of bacon. I had to pull the middle slice of bread out to choke the sandwich down. Our share for a shared pitcher and 2 crappy sandwiches was $50. Maddening. We may go back as our friends love the place and the burger tasted awesome, but there are better places close by that do all the things on their menu well.
Nice casual spot. Food is good and staff is friendly.
We got here for dinner all the timesometimes sit at the bar, sometimes in the bar area, outside or the restaurant area. It does get busy for games but they always seat you as quickly as possible and have lots of seats and parking!
The servers are always super friendly! Bartenders are great!
I have never had anything that I didn't like there quesadillas, wings, burgers, sandwiches everything! It is a great neighborhood spot!
Wings, local beer, great music, lots of tv's for gamesdoesnt get any better than that!
This is a regular stop for me as it is convient to both my work and home. I consistently have a good experience. Reliable pub food, nothing fancy. I usually have a salad or burger.
Good quesadilla. Salmon burger delicious. Gin and tonic was sub-par. Beer selection is good.
Good place. Closes kind of early. The hummus was ok but a little tart. The chicken quesadilla and burger are delicious.
Walked in at 8:30 on a Saturday night. Host put us at a table with mustard on the ground under one chairs. It was outside, clearly visible and no attempt had been made to clean it up. Hungry, we decided to ignore it. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to feel the same way about us. Two other tables were seated. Waiters took their drink orders, came back with waters for them, then came back with their drinks for each of the tables. All the while, nobody said a word to us. Left after 15 minutes without so much as a glance in our direction from any of the wait staff. Though the host, who had seated us just 15 minutes earlier did tell us to have a nice evening. Which we did, at a restaurant across the street that actually acknowledges its customers.
Great little bar and pub. Excellent beer selection and good food.
Very good fish & chips for $8.99. The hard bench seating hurts my big butt though.
I’ve been here many times over the years and they were always considerate for a large group gathering we did. Staff is always willing to break up the checks with special requests which is much appreciated. They seem to keep a good rotation on tap and I’ve never been disappointed with the food. There are some veg options that will suit a diverse crowd.
